First Choice Haircutters

I didn't get the name of the girl who cut my hair - she had long pink nails and blonde hair - but she did a fantastic job. I'm not the most clear on directions for haircuts, but she worked with what I did say and made my hair look great. She was thorough too, going back over to make sure she didn't miss a spot, checking her work in the mirror constantly, etc. Friendly and accommodative. I was also feeling kind of bad because I felt I was being kind of rushy, noting that I'd have to go if I couldn't get a cut immediately, despite it being a somewhat busy saturday - but this girl who had just walked in for her shift took me right away.10/10, would get a cut from again

Friendly, efficient and likeable professional staff. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, considering what it was I had done. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family!

I was employed at this location for 1.5 years.The *majority of the staff & the atmosphere is fantastic, however they have a staff member Jillian Wadden (first station on the left) who is a drama queen and thrives on it like a child and when shes bored she messages previous employees trying to stir up drama ( on mulitple occasions with different previous staff members )She has a very poor attitude towards clients & customers and unfortunately talks very bad about almost every client when they leave the salon, and is strong / quick to discriminate against others who are not from the area ontop of being VERY derogatory towards the LGBTQI+A community.If you book appointments at this location, Barb, Lynn or Michelle are the preferred choices.If you are unfortunate enough to being stuck with Jillian as a stylist,forewarn she will talk very poorly of you as a customer the moment you walk out the door and will discriminate and judge you before and after you have left. She is not the stylist you want.

I’ve been going to First Choice Prince street for years. My Color and hairstyle is always exactly what I want. Barbara is very professional!

I went in to get a simple trim, and to trim my framed bangs. The first Stylist cut off way too much on one side Of my hair and was in consistent throughout my whole head. Made my framed bangs extremely choppy. Then they brought in a second stylist to “fix” what the first had done. My hair is still uneven just now there is much more taken off then I wanted. my bangs are so short and thin, and not very well framed around my face. I’m very insecure about how it looks and hardly even want to go out. they didn’t charge me but I still have to look like this and wait until it grows out. I will not be going back.

My hairstylist was amazing. She knows exactly what I want. She is very friendly and always makes sure I know what the sales are. I will always go back to her.

Went in a few weeks ago and got a haircut and it was one of the best ones I've revived in a long time. The staff was nice and were wonderful to have a chat with while getting your hair cut. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the store right now. I walked in at 7:35 with my son to an empty store. Lights on, open sign glowing, open till 8pm. The hairdresser said they take no new people after 20 to close. I glanced at the clock meaningfully - no uptake. So, we walked out, went shopping next store. Taking this photo now, still 15 min to close, open sign still on... very confused what they're open for?

Friendly and personable staff, Went on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty slow. Got a pretty decent cut.

Literally amazing, my favourite place to go, the staff are the sweetest people ever. One day I went before I had my drivers test and got the best advice I’ve ever gotten she was too kind:)
