Super helpful & kind employees in the bike shop. Bike maintenance & repairs easily booked and the work completed in a timely manner. They were also able to accommodate a semi-urgent tire repair, and sort out wonky cleats. Friendly & competent.

I've been to Ernies many times and appreciate the service I get there. I use a wheelchair and have some German built power wheels with odd length spokes and even with that I've been promptly helped. Also I bought my wife a new bike for her birthday and was very satisfied with the service we got.

Bought a yeti cooler thinking it was a cooler, seeing As tho it was mixed it with all the coolers. Turns out it didn't hold ice for a day. So I went to return it and they said they would only give me 300 back because it is used.(used it for one weekend) I paid 420 dollars for a snack storage apparently. Nothing on it saying it wasn't meant for keeping things cold, just submersible. Was no help whatsoever. So i grabbed my VERY expensive snack pack and left. Because I was less than pleased. Too many people to make a scene. Thanks for the superb help....

I went in to buy shoes today. It eas mostly staff in the store. I spent half an hour crawling around, trying to find shoes in the right size/style for myself. Several staff walked by and even made eye contact; and not a single one offered to help. WHY HAVE ALL THOSE STAFF IF THEYRE NOT THERE TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS??

We made an online purchase for a store pickup. When we picked up our item, we noticed the sticker price on the item was cheaper than the online price paid. I contacted the store we picked up from and sent an email to the online store. They were able to honor the lower price and refunded us with no issues. Excellent communication! Very happy with our service.
