After one fitst time experience 2 weeks ago . We were very disappointed that we could not go in with our Dogs during the examination. The world has opened up, so we didn't get that. Then to find out there is $33 prescription fee on top of each med. A bit high. We just got our estimate on a dog x-ray $700 with sedation. Wellness blood test 1 dog $400. Wow I should have went to vet school. Anyway the vet we saw was highly recommended, not her fault. Shame on the owners, is all I better say

The staff are fantastic and the care is top notch. Dr. Leckie takes the time to know the dog of mine that she is treating. The consistency in care keeps me coming back.

Whole staff has been great and very caring to my puppy Callie. She had two rounds of vaccines and her spay done here and I always feel like they explain things very well and take time to hear my concerns/questions. As a first time dog owner, this is greatly appreciated! Callie loves it here so much she never wants to leave at the end of her appointment!

We are extremely disappointed with the services received from this clinic. Not only do they charge higher rates than other clinics in the area, but they were also very vague and uninterested when discussing my dog's injury - I suppose this explains why other vets have a waiting list and this establishment had availability.Despite the amount of money we've shelled out over the past few years, staff didn't seem to care about our dog's wellbeing or give us much time to discuss our concerns. Fairly clear that they prioritize their profits over their patients and clients, which is unacceptable (but all too common) in the veterinary industry.In addition, the clinic's policies are quite absurd. For example, they charged us an asinine $60 fee just to release my pet's medical records to our email. We were told if the records were sent to another clinic it would be no-charge as a courtesy". I suppose despite putting up with their absurd fees ($40 for a nail trim?) we were not eligible for courtesy.Overall

The vets here are very helpful with questions and recommendations. They are also great with our Cane Corso Abii which I appreciate.

I take my two cats here for their vet needs.I've always had good experiences and both cats are healthy. The service has always been friendly, and never felt gouged when the bill came. Thanks, Napanee Vet!
