If you are a small business shipping to the US regularly it is impossible to beat the prices and speed of service. The monthly account is especially handy for the quick drop off for higher volume sellers. The DYK service is the main reason my business didn't collapse over the last few years. For shipping TO the US, DYK is unparalleled - expedient, efficient, and cost-effective. And they have been expanding their services, which has been fantastic.I do have some suggestions on shipping FROM the US though. This process is definitely more challenging. If a customer returns an item and it goes back to the Montana mailbox the turnaround to reship it to another customer is very long and requires several emails. I would suggest a more clearly defined and expedient process for this. Also, shipping items from the US to Canada was quite pricey and long, whether it is a return or something purchased. You don't always get a notification it arrived. I think this is just something that needs a more well-defined process, or at least more communication/detail online. I don't use DYK for this service particular anymore, so I am not sure if things have changed in the last few years.Overall, as mentioned before DYK is fantastic, and I am grateful for the service that has kept my small business afloat. I drop off weekly any have no complaints!

I have been using DYK Post since 2019, when I started my business. Mayra and her team are extremely accommodating and supportive as I learn the ins and outs of cross-border shipping. My US customers receive their parcel without any issues. Fees are reasonable and transparent.They could improve their inbound shipping to make it faster to receive your parcel from the US.Otherwise, I am very satisfied with their service.

DYK Post is an absolute must have for my small business! When I drop off my packages I know that they're in good hands! I go to the South Side location and the staff have always been very kind, friendly & helpful! My business couldn't survive with Canada Post so I very much appreciate the services DYK make available to us! :)

We have been using DYK Post now for over 4 years. It is hands down the best shipping option to ship to the US. At a very low cross boarder fee, you are rest assured they will deliver your package in a timely fashion. I always have a smile on my face walking in the door at this location because the staff here are one of the most wonderful people I have ever dealt with. They are very friendly and helpful. They offer great rates to forward your mail to Montana using USPS labels.This opens up a whole new clientele for me to ship within the US. Since using DYK Post for my US and overseas shipping needs, my business has increased, more happy customers, great customer feedback and more sales. It's definitely the best US and International shipping service available. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Shipping time from my location to the US is so fast, sometimes I'm shocked to see how fast my clients receive their deliveries!I make my own labels using an outside platform, then drop off my packages at the DYK office. This saves me time when I get there. I do recommend you prepare your own shipping labels this way if you want to just run in, drop off and leave.As for receiving shipments from the USA to Canada, the experience is okay, but not a cost saver. I mainly use for shipping out only.
