Went in to get a new health card, was told I needed 2 pieces of ID. Totally understandable, this lady said drivers license and passport, I then said oh my passport is expired. She responds with, well if it isn't expired more than 5 years it's valid, which is great for me. So I get some time the following week, go in with my passport and drivers license, same girl at the desk, she proceeds to tell me that this passport is expired, that will not work, I said you told me it would, she says I don't know where you heard that but it wasn't me. She then hands me a pamphlet of acceptable ID for health card renewal. Since I am mad, I walk out and go back to work. Sure enough I sit down to read the pamphlet, RIGHT ON THE FRONT IT SAYS A CANADIAN PASSPORT NOT EXPIRED MORE THAN 5 YEARS!!! I was so happy to go back again, get a different lady, use my 1 year expired passport and get a new health card on the go withing 5 minutes. Skinny blonde lady with a bad attitude, little rough around the edges. The older lady that sits to the far right is super nice and crazy helpful. DO NOT GET THE BLONDE GIRL THAT SITS IN THE MIDDLE

Nice small place with friendly and helpful staff. Be prepared to wait outside due to COVID capacity restrictions!

One time at this office I had to wait in line while one service person was showing her smart phone pictures to another service person behind the counter. They were oooing and aaawing about some baby pics while clients were waiting in line. This was totally inappropriate and these phones should be banned from the work place. Needless to say, after my complaint to the Minister of Transport this woman is no longer at the counter.

Don't go here if you don't have to. I live by Aylmer and went there and I was disgusted with their service". I went to Simcoe with the same info and they were super helpful and gave me my health card. I will defiantly go back to Simcoe and stay as far from Aylmer as possible."

Worst Service Ontario I have ever been to. I used to hate the Dorchester location so I decided to go elsewhere, and wow! The Dorchester location is like going to a top notch facility after experiencing the service" level here. Honestly I am not sure this can be considered service at all. I do hope every staff member gets fired and replaced by competent people

I have gone in a few times and everytime the service was excellent the clerks were very nice and friendly. The one time I was in one of the lady's was getting screamed at, and it was completely uncalled for from where I was standing. He didn't bring in the proper paperwork or something and took it out on her. I'm sure this happens daily and I think I'd be a little irritated somedays as well unfortunately.

The lady that sits to the far right needs an attitude adjustment, she seemed really frustrated with me even though I was quick and had everything needed for my drivers and health card renewal, I paid her nearly $100 and signed away my organs, but when i simply asked her if my cards were no good anymore she quickly snapped back You need to keeps your cards with the papers I just gave you

Absolutely appalling service. Rude, lazy and just downright disrespectful. Watched them turn away 5 of 7 customers for no reason but they didn't feel like doing their jobs.. This place needs to completely clean house. No one in there is fit to be dealing with the public.

I've been here twice despite living in London and my service was exceptional all around on both occasions. I'd rather come here now than my local options.Thank you for making a vehicle transfer a very painless experience!
