Shoe quality is absolute garbage. A brand new pair of boots lasted a month before the heels wore through. I will add that they did refund me.

Customer service is what i love about the store. The manager was really nice to me. Addressed my concerns about the shoes and resolved it. Kudos to the team. Keep it up. Already bought my 5th shoe from the store. Coming back soon for 6th. Collection is decent too.

What is advertised on their website is never available in store, it has to be ordered for you and you can do this yourself. Shoes need to be tried on. Limited selection at this location.

Pretty decent selection. Our go-to for kids shoes and winter boots. Associate named Ash was super helpful and attentive. He seemed like he genuinely liked his job, which is a rare thing to see in retail these days. It made me not feel like just another bothersome customer.
