Very great check in experience, I booked a storage unit starting on May 31 but turns out I need to check in on 30th. Everything went smoothly and my storage unit was clean and bigger than I thought. Definately a great choice!

My experience with storage mart was really great. I didn’t get the name of the attendant, but the guy who helped me at the Adelaide/ Pall Mall location was thorough and paid attention to every detail. He was SUPER helpful and polite. The buildings on the property are in excellent condition. And the fact that it’s gated is great. All of this makes me feel more confident about leaving my old car there.

I have rented from the Adelaide St . location on 3 occasions each time for a period of time. I so appreciate the ongoing helpfulness, respect, & friendliness that I have received each time. I currently have been helped on many occasions by Danny — you have got an exemplary employee in that young man. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, polite & respectful always. Thank you so much.I am one satisfied customer & it is so refreshing in this day & age!!

I was extremely pleased with my experience at this location. Both the facilities and level of service were A+. I'd like to share a few of the things that made my experience so great, and prompted me to leave a review:- When I first came by, the clerk took the time to show me all the units I was interested in, and provided me with multiple free quotes for each unit for the time period I was interested in - and I never felt pressured to take any of them- On moving out, I cut my finger pretty badly on some of my own furniture. The clerk working that day gave me a handful of bandages and directed me to the nearest washroom so I could clean and dress my cut. He also took the time to ask me about how it happened to make sure there was nothing unsafe in the facility- I messed up and left my lock on the unit when I moved out - I came by after getting a notice that my account was overdue for another month. The clerk sorted it out for me and I left without needing to pay a dime extra- I was storing some valuable vintage playing cards so I chose an air conditioned unit - everything came out as good as it went inCan't recommend enough, this place was great to me and I have zero complaints.

Exceptional service here! Danny went above and beyond during a power outage. Our new storage unit was nice and clean on arrival, easy to navigate the grounds. Happy to recommend to others.

Wonderful friendly staff at this location. I called on a Tuesday to see if they had any units available in the size I was looking for and was given a unit very close to the door so I didn’t have to carry my items so far. I showed up at the location before business hours and waited patiently till they open to be greeted and helped quickly with the paperwork and locating my unit. I would highly recommend this storage mart to anyone. The gentleman at the counter was amazing and very professional. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I rate 5 stars because the people here are professional and very kind. Kyle is very helpful to find the right size of unit for my requirements and assistance in finding the best moving supplies for me to use. This place is very clean and has carts for moving heavy boxes and such.
