Hope Centre Health Care Inc
I have been going to this clinic since 2002 never had a problem LOVED the staff, they were so compassionate and personal, treated me like I mattered, recently the staff has changed even a new doctor took over and I HATE how this place has become, the nurse is rude on the phone, neither the Doctor nor the nurse ever returns your call EVER even if it’s urgent. They have no personal skills and show absolutely no compassion or concern for clients/ patients especially to long time patients such as myself ( 21 years a client) I once considered this my safe place but now NO WAY they don’t care!!
