My favourite part of working together with Claudia for 10 weeks was getting to know myself better. I wanted to learn how to improve my career, have better relationships, and ultimately how to become a better person for me.Claudia was always asking what I wanted to talk about. I would just go with my feelings, and she would give me the tools I need to better manage situations.The biggest transformation was learning how to understand my emotions and how to process them.
