Amazing prices, especially when their having sales! I did an order for pickup today and they ended up not having the juice I attempted to order, but were able to let me pick out a new bottle in a bigger size! 3 stars because this is an awesome shop, but I do feel the online website has some underlying potential that could just use some more attention (I always check online before shopping instore to get an idea of selection) with all the sales I feel like I got a great value for my money and I'll definitely be comming here again!!!

If I could give 100 stars I wouldJust got my first order delivered today.I ordered online.They had/have a huge fall sale going on and for Thanksgiving gave an extra discount that was added to it for extra savings.I was able to get juices I've been wanting to try for a long time. Really appreciate the sale and extra savings.I can tell you 100% I will be ordering againGreat selection of products, especially juices. I continue to be EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of customer service at this business.As a matter of fact, I won't order my e-Liquid from anyone else anymore.I placed an online order earlier today and I have ALREADY received a notification from Canada Post ( complete with tracking number ) that my order has been shipped - and will be delivered in 2 days.Any time that I have needed to speak with them, their phone is answered promptly . . . and their customer service representatives are friendly, cheerful and an absolute PLEASURE to talk to !Email inquiries are also responded to very quickly with detailed, thoughtful replies.It's not very often that this commitment to old-school" business best practices is encountered anymore.They deserve special recognition for their exacting professional standards.I cannot recommend True North Vapour highly enough and I wish them continued

Best vape store around by far. There are others in Brantford that are excellent as well but if you haven't shopped at True North you really need to. I haven't shopped elsewhere since I found them. The customer service is above and beyond in every way. I am able to admit my own ignorance about hardware without feeling judged which is hard to come by and on top of that the recommendations can be trusted. I'm terrible with names but there is one manager who is always there when I go and she's the nicest person. She gives me her honest opinion and always has an answer to any questions I might have. Additionally, their prices are lower than elsewhere even with the crazy tax we have to pay now. I swear without this store and that manager I would have gone back to smoking cigarettes by now because of the difficulty I was having finding the right product to help me switch and prevent me from going back. Knowing my plan is to continue to cut down so I can quit eventually which would mean she ultimately loses a customer she still always helps me to the best of her ability and is so supportive. I can't say enough about her. She's a gem.

This store is amazing. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a major selection of juice so if your looking for a new juice you'll find it there. They often have sales which is awesome for a vaper that likes variety and multiple bottles of juice at once. They have a fair selection of hardware. This store is so amazing that we do the drive from out of town on weekends to get our supplies.It took us 2 yrs to find a store that my boyfriend & I can both get our supplies. We dont need to go to 3 different stores anymore and trust me that is surely enjoyed. They are amazing should you have an issue that needs staff attention. My boyfriend had an issue with a bottle of juice and Tim communicated with us via email saying he would exchange the bottle for another. That is amazing customer service! I just want to highly recommend this store.

I did an online order today for local delivery and I was expecting that my order would be delivered tomorrow because they don't normally deliver on Thursday's. I called the store to ask roughly what time my package would be delivered tomorrow and the girl working today (April 7) went above and beyond and offered to deliver it on her way home from work. I told her how grateful I was because I was stressed for exams and needed it and they even left a note with my order wishing me luck on my exams!! I didn't get her name but as someone who also works in customer service, I truly appreciate when someone goes the extra mile and I hope that her excellent customer service skills are recognized by her employers! :)
