Small place, but has everything you really need and is stunning in the summer.

Love visiting this place! A beautiful little spot in an older aged community! The only reason I have given it a 4 star is because management has got to pull it together for the fine folk of the park!There is a lack of floating docks, and coordination to go along with communication in the park. It tends to have more Facebook drama then actual sit down meetings with the people to be heard and ex management trying to form the way the new management should operate and there's a reason why it failed in the first place. So it would be nice to see the new management take good care of these people as there is fantastic moral there and very welcoming by the community.ALL IN ALL! Absolutely stunning place and would recommend to the elderly if you are looking for a quiet place to retire this is one of the nicer places I have been for the price you pay. Wish all best of luck in the future!

Beautiful, friendly tenants just like I remember from my childhood.

Visited a friend in this nice location. Some park models have views, but all have access to beach and use of community room.
