Terrible store that TNF should be ashamed to have represent the brand. The entire store had only 5 pairs of pants on the racks... Not 5 different styles, 5 pairs in the whole store. Staff were too busy socializing amongst each other to greet me when entering the store or offer help, and It just felt awkward disturbing their social gathering to ask for assistance. Will not go back and will be talking to the manager.

Website indicates open at 10 am. Called night prior to confirm as rest of mall stores opened at 11am was informed yes we open at ten.Arrived next day at 10am (3 other customers there waiting too), a staff member was inside ignoring us, after waiting a half hour left. Was informed later this is a franchise store.

Very few products on display yet as they just opened when I went. Not too many choices and display is not very inviting for customers to buy. Interiors need some reno and a good music to inspire customers.

Terrible customer service at the Coquitlam location. Was in the store for 20 minutes trying on jackets and no one acknowledged me once. When I went to pay there were 4 employees standing at the till looking bored. The employee processing my transaction barely looked at me. No smile nothing. I'll go to Atmosphere next time I need a new jacket.

I've never felt so loved as a customer in this store. I was immediately approached by Hannah and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the jackets. She demonstrated the Resolve rain jackets with upmost product knowledge and I was immensely satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely come back here VERY often.

I ordered boots online which were too small and went to return them to the North face store at Coquitlam center. I need the boots for a trip that I'm leaving for in 3 days. They said they do not accept online returns but the packing slip says clearly to return it to any North face retail store. With customer service like this I will never shop at North face again. I tried to bring it in store to get an exchange or refund instead of waiting for the mail. This would have both saved them money and me time and frustration with their company.

The life time warranty is joke. The quality of the product is no where near their competitorAnd staff are not properly trained. Spend $604.00 on a goretex jacket and it’s not water proof now that i bring it back they are telling me they can’t do anything and i have to go to downtown at their main branch, i called the main branch they said they can do an exchange, so i drove 35km to get there and now they tell me they can’t do an exchange because I didn’t get the jacket from their branch so i have to back to Coquitlam!! WTF?!

Ethan was incredibly helpful! I've never met an associate who knew so much about the technical specifications of the products which, in this case, were the North Face jackets/vests. Based on Ethan's recommendations I found the perfect item I was looking for and sincerely look forward to returning and shopping more at this store. Thank you.

The stores closed but on google and The North Face site says it's open. Drove 35 min all the way from south Vancouver to find out it's closed
