A Unique Limousine

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY (SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF VICK; SUV LIMO)Contracted for wedding day.1) drove us to our photo destination while on his cell & driving the limo like it was a civic hatch back (we weren't behind schedule, just a very aggressive driver)2) upon leaving the parked limo to take our photos, we entrusted our personal belongings to be safely locked in the limo3) we return to find that everyones purses/clutches had been emptied or gone through. We lost an iPhone & $1,100 worth of wedding/gift money.4) Vick claimed to have left the vehicle to see our photo shoot (he was not seen by any of us) & was not present at the limo when we returned.5) This agency said it was our fault for not locking the doors or bringing our things with us.*It was a photo shoot, ppl dont want to have to worry/wear their bags and cells when a driver and a agency have been paid for a simple service.*The incident has been filed with the BetterBusinessBureau Org of Canada.*Small claims court is what the police have suggested*Vick is a family member of the people who own/run this agency so we did not get any help from them either*This ruined our wedding day and put our entire wedding party in a negative mood*You have been warned!!!

SCARED FOR OUR LIVES. DRIVERS TEXTING & DRIVING ENTIRE TIME!!We rented this limo service for a bachelorette party to take 13 girls out of town for the night. We had the limo rented from 6:15pm - 2am.A) Limo was 45 minutes LATE to pick us up.B) Limo Driver (owner; Vic) was texting/facebooking and driving the ENTIRE time. Even after we repeatedly (15x) told him to STOP!!!C) Limo Driver swerved multiple times and even passed the car ahead of us in the oncoming lane!D) At every drop of location, we were waiting 10+ minutes for Limo to return to pick us up.E) Limo stunk like onions & was not very clean upon arrival (drink splatter all over door and windows)DO NOT HIRE THIS LIMO SERVICE IF YOU WANT A SAFE, CLEAN & ENJOYABLE RIDE!!

Terrible experience. The guy was not paying attention to the road at once. I will definitely not use their services again

I hired this company for a birthday night out with friends. The overall process was very friendly and professional. The Stretch suv Limo was very clean and up to date. The driver was very professional, friendly and helpful. We had a great time partying on our way to our party. The one downside of it was that you couldn't smoke inside the Limo which I totally understand and respect. Overall, great experience!!!

They left half of my guests at the hotel for ceremony. The driver didn't speak English and therefore didn't know how to tell time OR know the location of where we were going. this made communicating with him extremely difficult. The driver asked for a tip from ALL of my guests... including the bride. He left the Bride and Groom outside for pictures when we was supposed to wait around for an hour.I sent an email to confirm the timeline to the company a week before my wedding and they never got back to me. I had to call them multiple times to get a response.Now the owner of the company won't return my phone calls.I would NOT recommend this company!!!!

October 6th, we hired a company for our wedding that sub contracted a party bus for my bridesmaids, groosmen, ourselves and forty of our closest family members who travelled from Italy, Montreal and the USA. I wanted a party bus as a courtesy to our guests who had travelled so far to be with us on our big day. Not only did the driver show up 45 mins late after the ceremony he had no sympathy for the delay, didnt not apologize at all, nor did he introduce himself or even help me get on the bus (as my dress was quite big) before getting to our location for pictures (which was only five minites away) we wanted to celebrate with our bridal party and pop some champagne. The agreement was champagne would be provided for 50 ppl which is how many guests were gonna be coming on the bus.... they gave us one little bottle of champagne that didnt even make it around to our bridal party. Once we asked the driver about it he said we would make a stop at the LCBO..... ahhhh its my wedding day not to mention you showed up 45 mins late to pick us up.... there was no way we were stopping as we were already behind schedule. Im guessing the driver took it upon homself that we werent going to tip and stopped the bus and demanded we pay for the services in full begore he went any further. After speaking with the company i hired we agreed on paying half but were not gonna pay in full and risk having no bus show up at 2am to bring us back home (which arguing set us back another half hour) my guests were told to be ready and waiting outside the hotel by 3:15 which is when we were supposed to pick them up.... we did not get there till 4:37 (which is when we were supposed to be at the hall by) after my guests all got on the bus the driver jumps out to go grab a coffee at tim hortons next to the hotel (which i have pictures of) the nerve this guy had to even think about doing that is beyond me, not to mention the amount of humiliation my husband and i already felt at this point. We had to ask my dad to bring on bottles of champagne. after what felt about an hour of driving went by i looked out the window and realized this guy has been circling fergus for an hour!!! When asked by my maid of honor if he knew where he was going he assured her we were 15 mins away according to his gps....WE WERE IN FACT 55 MINS AWAY AS HE HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR THE HALL ( which i sent the previous week) he then slams on the breaks sending my not even one year old daughter in her car seat half way up the aisle of the bus, jumped out and refused to drive us to the hall! After half hour of my dad and father in law reasoning with him and paying him extra to get back on the bus, he did. At that point i was ready to drive the bus myself as i was so humiliated and this guy was being so unprofessional. When asked to get on the 407 to get us there sooner he demanded an additional $50 - which he had a lot of nerve doing considering he showed up 45 mins late, stopped for a coffee and got lost for an hour! I showed up 2 hours late to my own wedding (and lost the hour prior to guests showing up for taking family pictures at the hall) i had no recieving line, i have ZERO pitures with my husbands side of the family and lilewise for him with my side. I hired a photo booth company to start at 7 and because we didnt show up till 730, they waited a bit an ended up leaving as we werent there yet. This driver ruined my wedding day and humiliated us to no end. It was a nightmare. His only responsibilities were to show up on time, provide champagne to my guests, and get us to the proper address on time..... HE DID NOT ACCOMPLISH ANY OF THOSE THINGS AND AGAIN NOT TO MENTION THE HUMILIATION WE ENDURED ON THE BIGGEST DAY PF OUR LIVES THAT WE WILL NEVER GET BACK! After complaining the following week... they reimbursed me $300— WOWWW! THEY COULD HAVE REIMBURSED THE ENITIRE AMOUNT AND IT WOULDNT MATTER AS I WILL NEVER GET THAT TIME BACK AGAIN. HE TRULY RUINED MY WEDDING AND I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW THIS SO THIS GUY DOESNT DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE! HE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST A REAL LOSER!
