If I could put negative stars I would, I have never seen such poor product back up, I have yet to see a filled out inspection report, have seen 2 tractors with under 100 hours with major failures, my boss uses one at his shop to plow and have had the breaks fail twice in 2 weeks, endangering customers and almost taking out customers vehicles. Do not recommend, once they have your money they do not care about you.

Once they have your money, don't expect anything else from them with regards to service. Our brand new 2019 trailer didn't come with keys, a license plate, a functioning water heater, or a door handle. We can't reach anyone, and when we do, we get bounced around from person to person with no answers. I don't know how they're still in business. Will never purchase anything from them ever again.

well was about to purchase a new boat asked for the sales slip and come to findout its been a new boat for 2 years not a 2018 but a 2016 and they didnt want to move on the price ... good salesman bad manager

Fantastic experience!! These folks are #1!!!Mr.Patterson and his sales manager Bruce are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They educated myself and my wife about tractors and made sure I wasn't buying things I didn't actually need. They stand behind their products and service. I will be buying all my tractor related products and possibly a travel trailer from them in the future.I see some reviews aren't the greatest but keep in mind, the dealer didn't manufacture the product and they can't help shortages and shipping delays.Thank you again Lori and Bruce!!

Great people, fair prices, decent inventory.Go here first and you likely won't have to go anywhere else.10/10 a great experience dealing with them, even tho we ended up finding a private sale we couldn't walk away from, we highly recommend Patterson!

I didn't even want to give them one star. In the RV section there are 2 people sitting at a desk. It felt like I was inconveniencing them asking a question.

Their customer service is awful. I bought a new boat at Patterson’s and it was one customer service nightmare after another. I had to go directly to the manufacturer of the boat to get them to ship parts I needed to Paterson’s. I’m still waiitng for a seat bracket that was ordered last year. This place is poorly managed.

Called twice in regards to a price on a new boat, motor and trailer. Still have not received a callback. Will be taking our buisness elsewhere.
