My oncologist had advise me to do acupuncture sessions to help minimize the emotional and physical side effects of cancer treatment (f.y.i. I had chemo, surgery and now on radiotherapy).My first meeting with Maria Laffin and was so good that I forgot to mentioned to her that I had anxiety about being treated with needles. Maria was able to guide me identify and prioritize my top issues for the first visit and did a combination of cupping and acupuncture. The treatment was so great that I went back 2 more times while I was in Toronto.During the session, I experience pain relief, calmness and, shockingly, I felt energized a few hours after it was over. Energy was something that I didn't have for a very long time.I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend Maria Laffin!
