Having Ken Colosie as our strata agent has been a nightmare. I contacted him repeatedly regarding an issue half a year ago, he said he'd put it on the agenda for the next council meeting. After two to three months of not hearing back, I emailed him for him to tell me he forgot to bring it up at the council meeting. Then he demanded I summarize everything in another email even though everything was already explained clearly months ago and I was under the impression he had no more questions. I told him he should've made notes since I already explained everything. He told me he didn't take notes and it's my responsibility to summarize everything again?? I took the time to summarize everything in another email, then another two to three months of nothing from Ken.At this point it's already May, the issue has dragged on for half a year, I email him for an update and he tells me the council refused to remove the fines and asked if I wanted a hearing. I email back asking when this decision came down and why I wasn't notified about it. There has been no phone calls, no emails, nothing from him regarding the council's decision in the past few months. Ken knows I'd been requesting a decision and hearing over this since Nov/Dec of last year.I just got a letter from West Coast saying a lien on my strata lot will be registered on May 19th and they will notify my mortgage lender to proceed with legal action, because of Ken Colosie's inaction and being non responsive for the past 5-6 months, even though he's agreed ever since last year, to set up a council hearing, if the council decides to not remove the fines.Now Ken Colosie can't even been reached, no one's picking up calls, he's not replying to emails or voicemails. This is beyond ridiculous. I will be taking legal action against West Coast Property Management. There needs to be accountability for things like these and this is definitely not the attitude or work ethic any property manager should have.

I deal with Sonny and I can’t tell you how awesome he’s been! Whenever I’m have issues either with leaky gutters, neighbours partying far past loud noise restrictions to pest control! He’s on top of everything!

This office has a lot of potential -- there are approximately 8-10 employees at this office at any given time, and there are some genuinely nice, hardworking people here. However, there is one person who has created a toxic environment, which has created an environment of mistrust. The boss is either oblivious to her behaviour or just doesn't care, even after many employees have lodged complaints against her. In an office of only 10 or less people, this one person is creating irreversible damage to great employees and to new processes that are being developed. No new ideas are accepted by this person, and if a good idea is deemed acceptable, she presents it as her own to the boss. If you disagree with an idea of hers or present a better idea, you are now part of the problem. We regularly have to learn and memorize outdated processes because she refuses to accept newer, updated, much easier solutions from the admin team. The constant trash talk of current and past employees, including the boss, is nauseating. Within 3 months, you literally will not know what stories to believe and who you can trust. Employees are triangulated against each other and with the outright lies spread about employees, especially the ones she is threatened by, it is no wonder that this office has a high turnover rate. In this environment, it is easy for her to get an employee fired by gradually convincing everyone of certain lies about certain employees. We have been working with Ken on a number of new build issues and he has been very helpful in communicating with the insurers and builders with respect to common property deficiencies.
