Great service and even let me know I should keep an eye out for leaks as something under my engine looks cracked. Service with a smile, behind a mask of course and a complementary bottle of water and car wash. Thanks guys!

Have always had great service.Very helpful and awesome customer service.I go to only this location when need oil changes. Steve is definetly a great and honest worker ! No complaints at all.

Steve is always professional along with his crew. He always makes recommendations but never pushes on me. I’ve never waited more the half hour from time I pulled in and pulled out. Thanks Steve and crew for your great service

Shady. Tried to up sell us things we didn't' need. I mean we really didn't need. Showed us dirty fluids that obviously did not belong to our car to try and make more money. I immediately became suspicious when they showed us a rod of dirty transmission fluid with metal filings in them. It sure was dirty! Sure wasn't ours as we had JUST had all our fluids done. Re-checked fluid when we got home too. Nope! They were all still brand new. Also showed us pictures of somethings supposedly broken on our car. A picture. Took it to our trusted mechanic. Nope, nothing wrong. Would never go back tot his place..

Every time i go to Lube Plus Steve is always very friendly and helpful. My late husband always did the car work but since his passing Steve has never taken advantage of the situation. It is a pleasure to have such great service and good value. Thank you

Shady! They try to sell you unnecessary things. Told me I needed a new air filter that was just replaced 2 weeks prior by myself. Told me my fluids are bad/dirty & need to be flushed. I declined the suggestion as I check them frequently & they were all fine when I got home. Also, while I waiting in my car for my oil change - the ONLY thing I came there for - the mechanic" was blaring his vulgar rap music which I found unprofessional for a workplace."

This place is only focused on the upsell method. They told me that I had to do a flush and fill on radiator, flush and fill on power steering fluid and flush and fill the rear differential fluid. Thankfully I declined and when I took the car to my regular mechanic all of these fluids were fine.
