There are so many great things to say about Vivian, but that one the stood out the most was how supported and heard I felt throughout the entire process. It was my first time purchasing a home and second time around for my husband. My husband had worked with someone else previously but I really wanted to work with Vivian because I felt like she would make this stressful experience enjoyable AND SHE DID! As we weren't in the same city to view the home, she made sure to go to the property as soon as it was Open House and send me videos/photos. She continuously communicated to me throughout the whole process which made me feel very confident about the purchase. She was very honest, always available, reliable and lastly very good with communication. My husband even said that it was a completely different experience from working with his last agent.We let Vivian know that if we are out to looking to purchase another home, we would definitely work with her. Even my Mother-in-Law wants to work with her! 10/10 best agent out there.
