Nos avons un étang qui nécessitait d’être revitalisé du à l’accumulation de sédiments. Le service que nous a offert Nathalie est professionnel, et compétant . Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. De plus les techniciens venus pour l’installation de nouveaux aérateurs ont fait preuves d’honnêteté. Je recommande chaleureusement cette entreprise.

I purchased the 1/2 hp Kasco de-icer, along with the C10 - Control box thermostat for my boat dock. The de-icer has worked fine so far, however, the thermostat started to malfunction within a few weeks of using it, in that I had to continue to lower the set temp below the actual desired temp set point (eventually to its minimum setting for it to turn off at around 32°F!). When I contacted Canadian Pond’s customer support, they told me that I would have to send in the faulty part, in order for them to validate my claim. They would not pay for me to ship the part back to them. Furthermore, I explained to their representative that I needed to have the thermostat as a functional requirement for my deicer application. He told me that I would need to purchase another thermostat, and then send them the faulty unit back to them for evaluation. After a week or so of them receiving the part, they confirmed that it was faulty, and that they would refund the original purchase price. However, the representative told me that they would not pay for shipping the faulty part back to them. I find this to be a very poor customer service experience, that when you find the product to be faulty within the first couple of weeks of using it, that they do not cover ALL costs associated with handling this type of issue.
