It is always frustrating when one of the your home devices which supply you with heat or hot water fails. Especially when it happen in these cold days. And it is wonderful we found Ermak plumbing company. We called them in the evening regarding the leaked water heater and next day in afternoon they were in our home, even earlier than scheduled,, put the new water heater, took out the old one. All the work was done in a professional manner and with high quality. The house was clean from any dirt. What is left for us? Just enjoy from hot shower and hot bath. Our landlord sent a tech from Ermak to our home on Christmas Eve afternoon because our furnace has been turning off completely on its own not listening to the thermostat.The tech came to our door, I answered.He went to step into my home where I had to put my hand up quickly to hault him as he had not even asked about coming in.I gently said oh sir

Alex and Constantine took on a project to lift a sewer line and repair a belly in the line. After discovery of a leak the project grew in size but they stuck it out, delivering well above and beyond the initial scope. Folks of lesser character might have walked away, but not Ermak, they finished the job. They were timely, professional, responsive and no complaints.I highly recommend them for quality of work, professionalism and character.
