Apex Floral Distributors

My experience was great until I made a complaint about their flower quality. I made an order 2 weeks before mother's day. When I picked up, two older ladies (workers) said that a bunch of deliveries did not show up like expected so they had to make do with what they had. I honestly didn't think anything about it because the person I was dealing with said we would get fresh stock when we picked up and I was not informed otherwise anytime between placing the order and pick up. I picked up on Wednesday and stored them as recommended. On Friday morning I went to make the arrangements and most of the flowers were slimy and rotting. When I had a better look at them they were actually the same flowers they had on display the week before (I know this because there were very limited amounts and some were distinctly damaged). When I emailed the person that I was dealing with, she was extremely sympathetic and admitted that their fresh stock didn't come in as planned. That's fine, but why didn't someone tell me before I picked up so I could make alternate flower selections?? When she forwarded my complaint to the general buying manager he arrogantly accused me of implying that the bad quality was intentional. He also added that storing the flowers incorrectly will lead to the poor quality as I described, pointing out that it was my fault the flowers went bad. I totally agree that fresh flowers need to be hydrated, and transported and stored at the appropriate temperature which I did. I explained that I was just expressing my disappointment with the quality as no one told me in advance that this is what I was getting. Instead of providing quality customer service and admitting to the lack of fresh stock (as 3 other workers informed me of), he closed my account. Honestly, save your time and go to a reputable flower distributor that will value your business. There's many of them in the same area!!

I've been going to this location for over a year. The service has always been great and friendly until today. My friend and i walked in and right away we were met with attitude and asked do you have an account" ....we do. I paid for my purchase and left. I couldn't find my phone and thought i left it at the counter so i went back inside to check. I then stated what happened the response

It is tough to find places that have the trifecta- quality, service and good pircing. Apex is one of those unicorns. Their selection and quality is incredible every time, their prices are very comparable , but their service is what truely stands out. Marscha is my sales rep and has been incredible! Every staff member is quick to greet you, ( My daughter loves Chaz and Marscha!) and is exremely helpful . They manage flow very well especially during peak times/ busy seasons.My only complaint is on me, I wish I had found them sooner! <3
