Hello everyone.. i took my brand new 60,000$ truck to this place to get the oil changed. No problems the first time.. second the forgot to put my oil cap on. Lost most of the oil and they cleaned it up for me.. gave me a free oil change... lets just say i wont be taking my truck back into this place for the free oil change.. id rather take the time off work and do the job right.. thanksss. Update* went back for free oil change and they put the plug in wrong and dumped 5 liters of oil on my driveway

I found myself with a flat tire on my rental car while vacationing in PEI and I found these guys online. They were able to get me in the afternoon on the same day, get me in and out in less time than they estimated, and they were able to repair the tire instead of replacing it altogether. The price was very reasonable and work was done correctly. I can't thank or recommend them enough.

My partner and I had a nail in our tire when visiting Charlottetown and Vision Auto and Tire not only was able to secure the correct tires but repaired it and solved the problem in less than 24 hours. Very impressed and happy with the service, thanks again!

Today I reached out to Vision, and I needed service same day due to a flat tire. I had called a number of shops and while I fully understand schedules, no one seemed to show concern for the urgency to repair a flat tire, before the car became undrivable. The team at Vision were very accommodating and got me in the same morning. They are very kind and honest about the service. I ended up getting new new tires, and decided to get my oil changed, and I will book all future service with this shop. The staff is all very kind. The place is very clean, and accommodating to wait for your service to be completed. I HIGHLY recommend this business!!!!!

I like this place. Locally owned and operated. They're straight up with you, honest and they don't try and up sell you. I trust them. I have been going to them for a few years now and will continue to. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

I've been going to CARS exclusively for about 3 years now and every visit ends with satisfaction. The staff are incredibly friendly, informative, and easy to get along with. Getting an appointment when I need it most has never been an issue and they stand by their service like no other shop in town.
