The Summerland Health Care Auxiliary Thrift Store is a great place to find gently used clothing and household items. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this thrift store to anyone looking for a good deal on quality items.

This is a super Thrift Shop. Well organised. Well run. Great volunteer staff. Wonderful ladies. Proceeds from sales are well-managed, very little spent on administration, and allocated funds go directly to local medically oriented requirements and charitable purposes. This shop is one of the best in the Province having adopted the best practices of recycle, repurpose, reuse and when they can't use it they redirect with purpose. This little shop operates very effectively on limited hours of operation. It was one of the first Thrift Shops to abandon the use and reuse of plastic bags substituting instead reusable shopping bags. What a super idea which time has come. Hope it's catchy. Well done ladies. Well done Summerland. Well done donators of goods. Well done our local medical facilities and their caring staff. The shop recycles all forms of metal using a metal reclamation contractor. The revenues generated have given our local care facilities new and updated analyzing equipment in support of our doctors and physicians.

This is my favourite thrift store anywhere. We come here every time we come to Summerland. Love the selection the prices and the staff.

Wonderful thrift store, well organized and clean.Great prices! It is staffed by volunteers who are very helpful and friendly.I have purchased wonderful finds everytime I have shopped there.I believe they are not open Mondays. The usual hours are 10:00 to 4:00. But please double check before you go.
