Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, the prices are a bit high though on glass you guys! I mean it hits great, but damn it should have a gold band inset for that cost

The guy employee working there is so pushy thinks he’s better than you, posting false prices and saying he’s marking it down for ya pretending it’s a deal. told me I wouldn’t find anything better for the price and went down to crazy bills and they had just what I wanted for $20 bucks cheaper. Had a bad experience both times I’ve been there would recommend literally anywhere else.

Very stock and great location so I will give one, but only go to this store of you enjoy usury. The same products can be found for a fraction of the price front shopkeepers who do not believe in usury. Through first time I went in here I was naive about prices and bought something I later found exactly through same at different strokes down rhe road for half the price. I went to look are water pipes and found rhr exact same models are Rabba on westmount fot half the price. You pay extra for the prime location.

It's already expensive here... I went in knowing that... RIP different strokes. But I broke my ash catcher I got from there last time and went in to get the same one. Upon arrival the guy says 20% off everything. I said I want a simple no perk ash catcher. The guy pulls out crazy elaborate and expensive ash catchers and was like These are the one's you need for the bong you have." when the cheaper one I had was right there. When I asked for the cheaper one he reluctantly pulled it out

I go to this head shop quite frequently as it is down the street from where I work. I was just searching Your Highness up on google and started looking into their reviews. I am so so impressed with the professionalism of the owner, and their responses to the reviews, especially the not so kind ones. This business creates an extremely inviting environment for their customers, and definitely reflects how they only want the best for them. They have said time and time again they will do price matching, so I do not understand the reviews about the prices being astronomical. I think this business is extremely well run by a group of people with good heads on their shoulders.

I love the service the guy tonight was so helpful we stopped in before going to the trash of a night club beside I will definitely will be back because of the customer service felt like home there, any questions I had I got answers would give 10 starts if I could thank you for everything and making our night way better

Your highness has all your needs in one spot, and super reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is perfect for those who live in uptown and want to shop local. I will definitely return for all my vaping and 420 needs.
