A Needle Alterations

Got a pullover baseball shirt and it was skin tight, took it here and they did an amazing job on the alteration, made it wearable for me, and they are very reasonable on their rates, would highly recommend. Have used many times to replaces zippers and done other alterations, our go to place

The alterations seemed half done and the seems were coming apart before i even tried it on, and she ripped the dress in one part but I didn’t even notice until I got home and had a hole in my dress. Because I needed to wear it the following week I had no where that could take it on time and I used glue and pins to hold it together and I felt that every seem was about to fall apart despite the fact that she did not take the dress in nearly enough anywhere and it was still lose

My first time going here was great! I needed a super small/quick job done (the lining of my pocket in my jacket had ripped). I called around to some other places and was told none of them could do this 5 minute job on the spot - I'd have to drop off the jacket and come back to pickup. I phoned here- the man was very friendly and told me to come right away. I arrived 10 minutes later- he was friendly and efficient and very affordable. The store was so busy- customers coming and going- I chatted with a few who said they've been loyal customers for years and had nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend :)

Very reliable and very efficient. I've had jackets, pants, and shirts all altered here without any disappointments. The price is also unbeatable.

Did an amazing job hemming my double lined dress - looked and felt fabulous during my black tie event - this is definitely going to become my go to spot for alterations !

They DESTROYED my bridesmaid dress. I the seam didn’t align. They cut through the fabric rather than along the seam. The latch didn’t stay together for my event (the wedding!). My dress is the rustic orange jumpsuit. I posted photos on the google page. They charged me $75.

I was recommended this place and I'm sad that I was. I was already kind of skeptical when I went in, but my fiance said that it seemed fine(not the person who recommended). No communication, didn't tell me how much, just asked my fiance what my name and number was and that was that. I needed a thread/pleat fixed in the bust area of the dress and also needed it shortened. I was in a hurry the day I picked it up, so I couldn't try it on(I know my fault), but to my surprise when I could try it on the thread/pleat wasn't fixed and when taking a closer look there is some sort of burn marks/dark marks at the bottom of the dress where they hemmed it. Not to mention the disorganization of trying to find the dress and then asking ME how much?? I was charged $60 for what was supposed to be a hem and quick thread fix, I'm so incredibly mad at myself for paying it because I was in a hurry and incredibly mad that they could charge that for not doing a good job and not doing what they were supposed to do. I would definitely go elsewhere if I were you.

Called to fix my son's zipper on his snowsuit, they took me in immediately and had it done in 20mins, same day. Charged a fair price as the place in Limeridge mail (franchise) had quoted me for a different item (but same problem) 4x the amount.

Brought in a dress that was slightly too small that also had a broken zipper and they fixed it within a couple of hours while beautifully replacing the zipper for an affordable price! I will be returning for future alterations!
