Came to Preferred Rehab for physiotherapy for my hip. I could barely walk or stand because of pain. I am so thankful to have met Priyanka. She is amazing. She came up with a plan. Explained my part at home very clearly. Highly recommend Preferred Rehab to anyone who is serious about getting mobility back.

This has been the best Physio I have been given. The staff are friendly, patient and most of all the therapy is very effective.I enjoy doing my exercises knowing the outcome at the end will be positive reactions which it has been in the short time I have been receiving therapy.

I’ve been to different clinics for physiotherapy and I finally found the great place! Preferred rehab physiotherapy has a great location with free parking, awesome secretaries that will frequently remind you with your appointments and mostly they have a great therapist Shayne and Jared. Will definitely set this clinic for my family needs and to recommend to friends and everyone I know. Two thumbs up

Shayne is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes time to explain all that's being done and why. Most importantly the results are fantastic. I went from someone who felt a lot of pain in both knees with every step to someone who feels the urge to run. My gait is normal again, I am absolutely thrilled with my results and I look forward to going to every session! Thank you very much Shayne!

Priyanka is amazing! In only six visits she resolved a pelvic floor issue that I had been dealing with for two years - had no idea it was fixable, especially so easily. She has provided a wealth of activities for me to keep working on to continue to manage my endometriosis pain, but was very clear that she did not need to keep seeing me unless something came up on my end. So nice to have someone who wasn't pushing for unnecessary visits! I can't believe how quickly she was able to resolve the main issue, and love that I can keep doing exercises myself to tackle the endometriosis, rather than having to see her unnecessarily.

My doctor referred me to Preferred Rehab Physiotherapy about 8 months ago because I was experiencing severe lower back pain that was interfering with my daily routine. I was really impressed by Shayne Glass-Smith's knowledge and the depth of his assessment. He put me on a program, and I stared seeing results immediately.Fantastic service all around by he and his team especially Ire who gives a killer shockwave treatment. I am new because of them and would like to acknowledge that publicly.

No waiting when you have an appointment. Priyanka is an awesome PT. She made my daughter feel comfortable and is very friendly. She is very knowledgeable and helped my daughter a lot. From the receptionist to the other therapists there , everyone is smiling and makes you feel so welcome !!

I am so thankful for Nadine Maraj-Nyiri (Registered Massage Therapist) at Preferred Rehab. Nadine is so knowledgeable, skilled and supportive.I went to Nadine for a Biotherm laser treatment for pain in my hip. The pain was so severe that I couldn't sleep for weeks. After one Bioflex laser treatment my pain decreased tremendously and I could sleep for the first time in weeks. I tried other treatments and nothing helped until I went to Nadine for the Bioflex laser treatment.This laser really helps resolve pain.I am so thankful for Nadine's skilled and compassionate care at Preferred Rehab.
