Debb was very unfriendly... did not help me at all... kept me outside for a long time in the cold before opening the door, did not answer my questions and did not take time to explain the program, never coming back

My counsellor Deb did an excellent job of coaching and guiding me through my weight loss journey. The food is great and helps teach you portion control. Melissa was also very professional and helpful in all of my interactions. A great program.

Not enough staff. Hard to get appointments to meet my schedule.

Service is a big fat zero but the plans actually work if you follow them. They don't answer the phone. I wanted a quick answer to see if they had a product so I can drop in since I live in a different town and the Whitby location is the closest to me. What do I do? Call and leave a message. Well, if they aren't picking up the phone, they aren't checking messages so... no sale.Until recently there was no change for cash transactions. You had to put a credit onto your account (sometimes $50 and up unless you're willing to break a bill at the nearby convenience store). Their computer system is an embarrassment. They are outdated and overall, whatever works for them is the way they do things. Sorry (not sorry) 'bout the inconvenience!If you have time to drive back and forth to correct their order errors and you don't mind that they lack the proper staff to run the business (cause it's a complete joke) then you will enjoy some weight loss results. It's difficult to maintain a program if everything is about what's convenient for them. I don't know how they stay in business. It's actually difficult to pick up food (or the correct food because for some reason, there are many instances where I'm missing things and have things I never ordered nor want).I went to the one in Scarborough so I wouldn't have to drive out of my way (I was coming back from Toronto), and I had to be buzzed in (because they have no reception staff), and I had to have an appointment to pick up 3 or 4 boxes of their protein bars. So I had to make an appointment for a minute from the time I received notice that I needed an appointment. WHAT WORLD ARE THESE PEOPLE LIVING IN. This is comedic material for a skit but actually happening in real life!

Deb is an excellent coach, she’s friendly, smart and hard working. So far Jenny Craig has been my only successful way of losing weight. I highly recommend Debra and this centre
