T-Bird E-Bike Rentals (T̓iick̓in)

Fast friendly knowledgable service. Owners are long time west coast residents. The bikes were in perfect working condition and easy to navigate. The new biking trail in the Pacific Rim National Park is wonderful and highly recommended. We were at the beach in no time. T-Bird E-Bike Rentals is just down the road from the trail entrance so very convenient. You really should try it out!

My wife and I had an absolute BLAST on the ebikes from T-Bird.The trail through the park is beautiful and the bikes were in perfect shape. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and considerate. We will for sure rent ebikes from here again when we are in Ucluelet again.

Staff was great.. our family arrived just as they were setting up for the season and they were still able to set us up with 4 bikes last minute. Even went out to find us a tow trailer for our dog. Had a great afternoon seeing some fantastic beaches..

I booked an e-bike rental for three of us for April 30th. We paid in full at the time of booking online.We showed up for the booking date and time and the place was closed. It was empty as well.I emailed and called several times and no answer or response. The phone kept going to voicemail. We waited for 30 minutes and nobody at Tbird bike's showed up.I have since started a dispute process through the credit card company. Tbird has now said they would refund me but as of yet, no refund has been received.Avoid this business!

They are committed to early pickups as early as 7 am or late returns as late as 8 pm. Fleet of ebikes, OHM AND Velec. Very easy to ride and enjoyable.

Great bikes, wonderful folks, and as close as you're going to get to the gorgeous ʔapsčiik t̓ašii path (choose if you want a long ride, but especially if you want a short one versus starting in town).

Awesome business and people, very comfortable bikes for a long ride!Five of us enjoyed a 4 hour ride last Saturday. We booked online and chose the Velec A2 bikes, and rode from their site to Tofino and back on the ?apsčiik tašii trail (partway is on the road, and there are lights on the bike to keep you safe). While you can't typically get to Tofino and back on the battery limit, you can if you conserve power and ride mostly on power 1,2 and use 3,4,5 for hills as needed. By the time we'd returned, most of us had only used up one bar of battery. Bikes come with a secure lock; take a photo of the code and use it for your lock ups.Can't recommend them enough, and as we have lots of visitors who come to Ukee and I'll be adding this to my you must do this" list!"
