I am beyond happy with my grandmothers engagement ring from 1943 that she passed down to me. Bill Le Boeuf Jewellers turned a ring that needed some love and attention into something I will wear everyday to remember my grandma. It needed to be resized and the centre stone re-tipped. A bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but well worth it! Thank-you so much! Highly recommend!

Brought my engagement ring here for repair after the less-than-ideal customer service I received from the company my husband originally purchased it from. A couple of days after dropping it off, I was presented with two options at different price ranges, the higher of the two being what I originally expected needed to be done for a more permanent fix, and ultimately the route I chose. The only downsides were the cost (more than I had hoped to spend but understandable given the issue) and wait time (3 weeks and ring was sent off-site for repair), but 100% worth it nonetheless. I was shocked at how seamless the repair was, like the ring had always looked that way. It is exactly what I hoped for and prettier than I could have imagined, and when it came time to pay was even a bit below what I was originally quoted. It was done so well and polished to perfection! Looked like it did when my husband first popped the question. Thank you to the Bill Le Boeuf team for your professional customer service throughout our interactions and for a job well done!

Went today after calling and making an appointment to have a vintage wedding set, inherited, was told over the phone to come down and speak with owner, get a free appraisal and an offer for purchase if interested. Great. Parking is an issue there, parked a block away and paid at meter. Arrived and was greeted friendly enough, but after that it went downhill. Gave my name, and lady at front just started reaching out her hand, she said nothing, and we looked at each other, and I said oh would you like my rings? I passed them over, in the box, which unfortunately had an issue and she proceeded to drop the entire thing, to the ground, no apologies, just an excuse that yes the box is broken, it is a sterling silver birks box, over 65 years old…a tray when handing over jewelry would be more professional and less risk of damaging items. Then my rings given to a young woman who proceeded to look, size, grade, not sure she is certified as a gemologist, got a disgusting low ball offer on a scribbled over piece of paper, and promptly left. Waste of time, and the customer service could have been so much better, better service experience at a pawn shop.

My husband and I have followed Bill Le Boeuf Jewellers online for quite some time. It wasn’t until recently that we were in the Barrie area and had the opportunity to pop in to the store. Our first visit was truly a wonderful experience! The knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm of Adam and his team was much appreciated. We were thoroughly impressed by the quality selection - in particular the rare vintage/estate pieces. In the future, we would not hesitate to contact them and purchase when something on their website undoubtedly catches our eye again! Five gold stars!

I have owned a number of watches from major brands and dealt with several well known retailers. But I prefer dealing with Adam and his team at Bill LeBoeuf in our Barrie community. I am treated professionally, courteously and knowledgeably.I recently traded up to one of my favoured watches, the iconic Omega Seamaster. The watch is well loved but after a full service it runs like new and is amazingly comfortable on the wrist. And with a rarer black dial I am doubly pleased.Cheers!

Living in Barrie for two years. Finally I found a good place where you’re treated as family. With the special attitude and individual approach it takes a good spot in the top jewellery stores I’ve ever visited. Thanks to Adam for keeping this family legacy in providing superior customer service. Lots of items are already at a very decent pricing and there’s not too much room for negotiation but I think is fair for the service and product you get in this store. Will be back for sure. Please read to the end.I found my perfect watch on their website. The images were very detailed with accurate descriptions. I live nearly three hours away and spoke with Adam over the phone. He was very pleasant on the phone and was kind to hold the item for me without deposit for 24hrs so I could adjust my schedule and drive up. Because of COVID and the drive, Adam and his team were able to accommodate my schedule and were so wonderful even tho we ran a little later than expected due to traffic.When arriving, we were greeted by very kind front of house staff, and made my wife and son feel like part of the family. It was a breath of fresh air. The item, again, was as described and Adam kindly sized it to my wrist free of charge. He took the time to explain the history of the item, some quirks of owning a vintage Rolex, and offered a years free service. He has incredible knowledge of the industry along with knowing my local Rolex AD by name, which I found very impressive.Purchasing a large ticket item can be intimidating, Adam and his team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and transparent.After this, I would not hesitate to purchase another item from them, sight unseen. To anyone who is from far away…. It’s worth your time.Thank you, Adam. I love my new Rolex.

Where do I start . The people , the service , the products . All 5 star . I had a Rolex I wanted Adam to take a look at and this guy didn’t even charge me $1 for his time . He had so much knowledge on the subject I didn’t even have to ask a single question because his experience lead the conversation, covering all the areas of question .
