Ok, this wasn’t our first choice but I am glad we made it. Excellent food. Limited beer choices but quality. Menu out of sight. We had the Caesar salad, Pork Cheeks, Octopus and Beef. All amazing and each with their own unique flavor. Look if you’re American looking for mega servings this is not the place. This is relaxed fine dining, small plates, big flavors. Cocktails excellent and wine selections almost overwhelming! Staff is down to earth and informative. Don’t miss this place.

A always busy super upscale diner with fun takes on classics...including a decadent foot long hot dog. There was a friendly and welcoming vibe when you enter, in keeping with its neighborhood appeal.We ordered a shrimp roll (the nightly special...a take on a classic lobster roll...it was good but the shrimp sauce could have had a bit more zing to it), endive salad (excellent), mousse foie gras (I am usually not a fan but this was really good with a caramelized topping...very unusual), and beef tataki (also excellent).It would be remiss to not mention the cocktails, of which there are too many to mention...but the bartenders are more than capable of handling any order...like speakeasy's, they ask in general what you like and then provide something that inspires them...which is a nice touch.The ambiance is very casual although the music can get quite loud, so this is not the place for an intimate conversation. The service overall is very friendly. Enjoy!

I cant recommend this place enough, professionals doing a great job providing delicious food, amazing cocktails and attentive, friendly service at a reasonable price. They love what they do and it shows! I will eat here again in the near future.

Came here after the game with a customer and was treated to a great meal. It was the only place open and packed. I had the pork belly and it was amazing. The first bottle of wine was spoiled and even though it was 100 buck wine they took it back no questions asked. I liked the retro feel of the place with the old beer bottles.

This place was recommended by a local and it did not disappoint. We sat at the bar and ordered a dozen of New Brunswick oysters and a side of fries which they served with mayonnaise which I love. I wanted wine similar to a cab but their reds were a little too fruity so I was served a nice champagne that went well with our oysters. The woman shucking the oysters was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing evening out!

One of our go to favourite places for a drink, dinner, and oysters. If you get Michelle as you server, you'll be in great hands - very attentive, attention to detail, and great recommendations. The hostess was also a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Duck tartar was very delicious, we'll come back for the pork belly, and next time we'll do 24 oysters instead of 12. Fries are absolutely worth getting. The vibe is great as it gets busy but not overwhelming, and the decor is spot on. We make an effort to visit all our favorite places everytime we come back to Montreal (as we are from Toronto) and this place is on our list. Very recommended their oyster. It comes in 3 different types. All of them are fresh and tasty (come with natural sweetness). Other food is very well-seasoned.The mousse de foie surprises me because of its creamy, fatty flavour with a bit of bitterness from the liver and sweetness from the pear and brûlée on top.Their hot dog is pretty big (obviously it’s 12 inches). The mixed salad balances the flavour well.The whelks is a hit-or-miss tho.I will come back to taste more of their dishes and drinks. If you don’t come for their food, you can try their drinks because they have a very long list for them.

Can't recommend enough! This was one of my best and favourite gastronomic experiences ever.Everything was fresh and delicious.Someone said in the reviews that this is the kinda place where you'd have several Ratatouille moments" and it's the most absolute truth! I was giggling and shutting my eyes in pure ecstacy at every bite and the servers made sure we were having a good time.Bonus points for not having loud music.Merci pour tout!"

Cozy spot for cocktails and casual hangs, with a warm and charming kitschy decor. It is definitely a local spot! I didn't get a chance to try the food here, but let me tell you my mouth was watering watching food arrive at the tables nearby. Service staff were friendly and attentive. This place is DEFINITELY the spot on sundays, it was full by 6pm!!
