Definite value as you get a lot for the price. We ordered the special (see back of menu where you can choose 4 dishes from a limited selection) and they threw in a small lobster and half a chicken for free (so 6 for the price of 4). All this for under $90. However, quality was lacking. Quantity over quality, but if you're hungry and on a budget, this place may be worth checking out.

I have no idea why all the reviews here are 1/5 stars. In my opinion restaurant is pretty GREAT: good food and good service.I came here twice, first time for morning dim sum and second time for dinner. Dim sum is highly mediocre (hence the 4/5 star) with small portions and bland congee. I do recommend the fried calamari though.However, the dinner package (I think it was one rice/noodle and 4 dishes you can pick + a complimentary LOBSTER and dessert) was EXCELLENT! The teppenyaki meat was so tender and well-seasoned, highly recommend. The packaged meal came to something like $90 before tips, and the portion was enough for 5 of us PLUS extra left-overs.We had a good time having dinner there; the servers were really nice and attentive.Plus: I always like it when a chinese restaurant promptly refills your empty tea kettle

Been there many times and enjoyed. Last time (2 weeks ago) went with a couple and ordered the dinner for 3. VERY disappointed. They have cut back on the number of dishes which I get at the price of food. But for $60, we came away hungry. Very small plate of chow mein, barely enough for the 3 of us, little plate of sweet and sour and beef and Broccoli. Only thing enough of was the soup. Will not be back. Sad because it used to be so good.

For White Rock, we are lucky to have dim sum. That being said, the food was mediocre. Not bad, not great. Fine if you are craving easy-access dimsum but it did not hit the spot! The portions are on the bigger side. Staff are nice and location is good. Can’t say I have a favourite dish.

Good place to go if you crave a decent Hong Kong style seafood restaurant in South Surrey, without a long drive. Interior furnitures recently updated, new staff added.

Picked up take out and there was some miscommunication as one of the veggie items actually contained meat as well but this wasn't indicated on the menu. As my family doesn't eat meat due to religious reasons, the owner acknowledged the mistake and remade the dish no problem without meat. I cant tell you how impressed I was by this, in a day and age where you don't get good service anywhere anymore. This little gesture is partly why I recommend this place but more than that the food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Will be back for sure.

Service here is WAY too slow. There appears to be only one server and one chef to accommodate 16 or more tables. Until they solve the shortage of workers, it’s best not to eat here if you want speedy service.The crab with butter & cream tastes good, though. Goes well with the pea leaves. However, they must always provide a water bowl in order to clean your hands. Other than that, I have nothing else to add. Take care!

An excellent location for dim sum. All of their dishes were very good. The deep-fried Prawn dumplings were tender and juicy and flavorful. The daikon cakes with dried shrimp and bean sprouts were exceptional. Excellent flavor and texture and I like how they did them in small cubes. The pan fried shrimp pork and chive dumplings were the best I’ve ever had. No dish failed to Police. The service was excellent as it was prompt and the waitress was very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Perfect date night! We were both craving dumplings & we are so glad we checked this place out. It will definitely be a regular place for us now!I recommend the shrimp dumplings & pan fried shrimp chive dumplings. SO GOOD!Great service & super nice staff. Will be craving it until we visit again.
