Terrible experience with the pharmacy. The ladies at the front mocked me as I tried to explain that my mother was disabled with MS and needed her medication they messed up. They messed up her prescription, and blamed it on her although she’s been having multiple issues with them on their side. She was antagonist and pushing the buttons of my mom with MS when they had filled the wrong prescription, but tried blaming it on her. We are switching pharmacies. This was very rude and disrespectful.

A no name brand product which is Canadian superstore or no frills brand twice the price. Its absolutely disgusting how they gouge customers. I wish I could give it 0 stars

Horrendous attitude from the pharmacist. She needs to check her attitude when dealing with customers.

I generally like this shoppers drug mart, there is always great customer service. However, I ALWAYS have issues with Lynette at the post office. She is constantly rude, dismissive, and frankly a horrible person to deal with. She is always short with me and constantly puts through what I need wrong. It is such a pain to deal with her I now go out of my way to go to the other post offices around the city

No issues with the other departments in this store except for the pharmacy. I'm always having issues with this pharmacy. Today I called ahead to see if they had insurance information on file for my daughters prescription. Because she is covered under her father and not myself, I donot have his insurance information readily available. They didn't actually check this when i had called, so when I went to pick up the script they didnt have the proper insurance on file. The woman I dealt with was very rude and angry when I explained to her why I was frustrated.... she huffed and puffed and walked away from me yelling you can deal with my manager" and telling me it wasn't her fault they didn't have the information...I had to contact my Ex and get his insurance information right at the counter with a huge line behind me. The whole reason i called ahead was to avoid this whole scenario. this isn't the first time the staff have been rude to me either. Not to mention it takes forever to get your prescriptions. Seems very disorganized and short staffed. I might be switching pharmacies at this point."

Booked a covid shot online for a Saturday.I get there and they tell me they prefer to do them Monday to Friday. Why have available appointments for Saturdays if you’re not doing them. Unacceptable service.

Customer service at the pharmacy is some of the worst you will ever have. Just there to pick up a scrip, I’m the only customer and not one but 4 employees completely ignore me. To busy staring at there computer like they are inventing the next medical breakthrough. I had to walk out after waiting way to long, the next time I pick up my meds it will be the last time from there.

Love the place and the staff until today. Kept getting harassed by some random employee who was very pushy on trying to get me a mastercard. He wouldn't leave me alone as well as other customers there. I decided not to buy anything and left. Rest of the staff are amazing though!

If zero stars was an option I’d choose that. I’ve had incidences with bringing prescriptions in on a Monday, only to return on Tuesday to find out they hadn’t even started it yet. But today was the last straw.I Brought my wife’s prescription in at 11am, and was told 30min. 45min later, I returned and was told it had been busy and it shouldn’t be more than 15 more minutes. So I came back 15min later, and was told it was going to be 20min more. By this point, I was fed up and left, saying I’d be back in and hour. An hour later, Guess what…still not done. Another hour later, my wife phoned, explained her situation of needing the medication ASAP, and within 10min they had it done and in her hands. I wasted 2.5hrs waiting when it probably would have been better to just take it to Rexall!Never. Coming. Back.

There was an older lady teller who was rude when I asked for change. Kept shut considering her age. All other staff are cordial. If you bump into her, watch out.
