Nicky's Hair Studio

I have been a long time client of Nicky's hair salon. She has always been a professional right from the start and that has been extremely important to me because I am so particular with my hair and she has always listened and delivered exactly what I wanted. I have never been disappointed in anything she has done. Recently Nicky did my hair and makeup for me as a little makeover and I was blown away by what she was able to accomplish. And as I went about my day I received many compliments!! Her work is great and always turns out well! 10/10 would recommend. It was wonderful getting some pampering time during such a busy time in my life. Thank you Nicky for a great experience!!

I have heard nothing but great things from Nicky’s studio. I finally had an excuse to book hair and make up with her for an event in town. She grinded through hair and makeup for myself and all 3 of my girlfriends! We looked so dreamy! I must say, we as a group are pretty picky with our hair and make up - make up needed to look elegant and formal without thickness or any chance of falling off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NICKY! After a full afternoon and evening outside baking in the sun, all of our hair stayed in place, and our make up did not budge. Cant wait to be able to book her again for a glam day!

Nicky did my hair and makeup for my wedding. It was perfect. She was so fun and made the experience a memorable one. Nicky is personable and her passion for hair and makeup is easily seen in the care she takes on her clients. Nicky provided me with suggestions and was able to pull off the look I was aiming for. I have been going to Nicky for years and can always count on a great cut and colour. She knows what looks good on me and what I need to adjust my hair for the seasons. I always trust her suggestions. I have fair skin and blonde hair; the winter months can leave blondes looking very washed out. This winter, she did the most fantastic job warming up my light blonde with a warm honey blonde. I absolutely love it! My face looks brightened up, just what I needed for the winter.

Nicky is very rushed and actually a bit rough. Comes across as disrespecting seniors. A shampoo, woman’s haircut and blow dry in under 30 minutes!!! And this was not a walk in. This does not make you feel very special! Or pampered. Won’t be returning or recommending.

First time ever going to Nicky to get my hair done and I was so happy with the results! She listened to everything I wanted done and executed it just as I had hoped. For a full balayage, cut, and style, she did it way faster than I was expecting and my hair came out great for my graduation!

Nicky is the nicest woman and is absolutely amazing at her profession! I wanted to treat myself to hair and makeup for a family wedding and I was stunned with my final look! I run large scale fundraisers on behalf of a charity and I reached out to Nicky to see if she would donate her services for an event with local celebrities. Nicky was incredibly generous and offered to bring in her team to do hair & makeup for 10 people. I can not say enough good things about Nicky and her team. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The hair styles & makeup were first class!! everyone was thrilled with the results.
