Dental Care Group

I have been attending this Dental clinic for more than 20 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough . The care I have received has always been thorough, I have been sent to specialists if required and allay questions and concerns have been addressed promptly.Whenever I visit the Practice I am welcomed and recognized. It feel like a place where staff care about my welfare and understand my needs. I would recommend this Practice to anyone who is looking for all qualified and caring dental care.

Made an appointment for a crown which couldn’t be done. Clerical called me at noon and confirmed she would keep my time slot for that day from 3-5 to do fillings instead. I arrived at 3 and was sent home at 330 with only x-rays done because the dentist said she took another patient.I already had another booked for a week later from 3-5 again so the dentist confirmed this appointment with the clerical while I was there and stated she didn’t know what happened but there was another two hour slot reserved for me next week and she would do the fillings at that appointment. When I arrived at 3 the following week I was told they knew nothing about this appointment and that the dentist wasn’t even there that day. I was also given a referral to a root canal specialist because none of the dentists in that office can do root canals. The specialist required another consultation and then would book the root canal and it would take 6-8 weeks. I called another dentist without a referral and he did the root canal two days later. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. Unless you want to keep showing up for nothing.

I have been going to Dental Care since 1995! They are very accommodating:If I have an emergency or change of plans they always find ways to fit me in without any hassles. I live way on the other side of town(45 min) and I still go here for they are very reliable and I trust them with my care, they give great care. My file there is impeccably kept.They keep up with the latest technology like the new and impressive dental 3D molding machine.Approachable, friendly and very nice staff.

Such wonderful staff and excellent care! I’m so pleased to have found a great dentist locally who’s not only great for me but also amazing with my young son!

I have been with Dental Care Group since 2000. What a lovely team. The hygienists and dentists are highly professional. They are so kind also and treat you with great respect. I have a lot of confidence in the doctors and feel that I can trust their advice.

The Dental Care Group abide by their principle on which they service their patients. They care. I am impressed with the incredible and professional skill of the team and the equally incredible interpersonal skills of the receptionists. Going to the dentist is not something to fear but something to embrace and the Dental Care Group make it happen. If you are in any doubt, try them: you will be impressed.

I have been a patient at the Dental Care Group for 18 years, and I have never considered finding another dental office. Everyone who works at here is awesome! The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists are always kind, helpful, and well organized. They all do amazing work. I don’t usually write reviews but this place is awesome! Especially the woman who cleaned my teeth, I think her name is Marye, was very professional and skillful. No pain and really took time to do the job. I highly recommend it and I would definitely go back to this place!

My family has been receiving dental care from here for over 10 years and we love the team there. They provide excellent dental care with a lot of respect and gentleness. We've consistently had wonderful experiences.
