We had the pleasure of working with Joedy Barber on the construction of our dream home. It was quite a process building on an acreage lot. Joedy helped us throughout the entire process in a fair and professional manner. Although we had contracted with his company to take our home to lock up stage, Joedy arranged for many of the sub trades we used throughout the remainder of the construction. I have personally witnessed the length that Joedy has go to, to help his customers with a variety of issues that arise in the construction of any new home or building. In some cases they returned to assist homeowners well past the regular warranty period. In some cases, even returning to help second owners of a property with items that were no longer even his responsibility. Usually at little or no cost to the new owner of the property. I would be happy to recommend Joedy and his JOCO construction company to anyone looking to have a variety of work done offered by his company.

I made the mistake of not making sure that our septic permit was approved before paying for our system. Since, the work looked good enough, and Joedy put a fair amount of money in the ground, I paid the bill.Over 18 months after the installation, and after many reminders, Joedy still hasn't taken care of the permit despite the fact it was supposed to be pulled prior to work being done. This is the most unprofessional conduct I have experienced with a contractor. At this point, it's ridiculous that he is still claiming that he will finish it when weather permits".The actual work seems to be decent

I have to give them 1 star . Our experience was really bad jobs was not done properly , lots of issuesIf you don't want to waste time and money don't contact themSo irresponsible seems like they don't know what they are doing and what they do they don't do it right they are the worse,worse,worse

I hit my main water line with a screw pile. I called Joede at Joco and he came the next day. He excavated, located the damaged line, fixed the leak and back filled all in a day. He is extremely friendly, affordable and easy to work with. Got my families running water back in less then 24 hours from when the damage happened. Thanks!

While I was on a winter vacation, my tenant had a water/well issue. Thank goodness for JOCO! Joedy came out to Alberta Beach and resolved the issue. It was a really cold day, but within three hours, everything was working and my tenant was happy. This meant that I could sip my coconut in the sun with worrying. THANK YOU!

Dont use unless you like throwing money away. He built a septic mound for me. Didnt pull a permit. No dirt study done and no engineered drawing. Leaked from day one. He repaired it once then the second time it leaked kept giving me excuses. Do your research and make sure the person you use pulls a permit. That way you wont have to get it redone.
