I have an apointment with the doctor on may 30 . i went in to the clinic on time and present myself at the fron desk. However, the lady at the fron was so rude and disrspectful.I have been a coustomer atthis clinc for more than 12 years and i have seen many front desk workers who even called me by name. But this middle edge dark comlexion lady is always agrssive and treat many patients unprofessionally. MOst of the patien i have spoken with told me the same bad expriance with.

The only good thing about this clinic is Dr. Potter. Unfortunately, she is not my doctor, however the treatment she provides my mother is astonishing.Every. Single. Receptionist, and or employee who answers the phone is utterly rude, and hates their job.I have not had an good encounter with any of them, and I have been attending this clinic for some time now. The rush you off the phone trying to make it to 12:00 p.m so they can be on break till 2:00 p.m. No-One helps, No-One cares. It's actually kind of sad.I have tried to discuss this with the head of staff multiple times but she brushed me off as well.I'm pretty sure once they see and or hear its me calling, & their attitude changes entirely. I thought it was only me, but now after reading reviews I guess that just their character.

I am a client of East End also with my 3 son and always have been treated very well, it doesn't matter what Doctors or Nurses we have has all have been great with my family. I am sorry to hear that some of you have not had a good experience but I will not trade any of them.

I have been a patient at this clinic for about 5 months. I an a senior (69yrs old) and I require a monthly blood test. I get check ups here by Dr Tyler Curtis when necessary. The staff and Doctor are thoughtful and dedicated and I think this should be a model for all Toronto clinics. I honestly can not come up with a single complaint. I know it is unusual for a senior not to have any complaints, but there it is. A Great Clinic.

I have been going to EECHCC for 15 year now I think. My 4 childern and I got seen by Dr Potter. She is an amazing doctor and we couldn't ask for anything better. As for the secretaries..... I only remember 1 that was slightly unkind and would get annoyed easily but they are still wonderful. Because really you don't know what they have been through or what they are going through. Maybe they have a mental illness or disability and that's why they seem quick to agitate. Please everyone be kind to one another. And it your someone looking for an amazing facility that is not only drs. This place Rocks. I only have nice things to say. I miss Barb Hood as well.

I have been coming here for over 10 years. My family doctor is amazing and the rest of the staff are kind. However, this one receptionist is very impolite and unhelpful. Countless interactions with her leave me feeling so upset given her poor attitude and tone…I see other comments on here about her as well. Be ready to get treated horribly if you get her on the phone or at reception.

Receptionists are rude to clients, and very unprofessional. Doctors don’t know how to respect people’s pronouns and listen to their patients. Very disappointing that my tax payer dollars are going to fund places that don’t care about people. The new physio is great tho!

I would give them lower if it was possible. I read bad reviews went there this morning anyway looking for help. Cause I'm new to the Area. I'M not sure how the receptionist got her Job because she is AWFUL and NOT helpful and has ZERO Customer service skills and Rude AF. The worst Clinic I ever walked into.

Really poor and ignorant service!!! First of all the receptionists are all extremely arrogant and superior. Secondly we received the wrong prescription twice which is absolutely unacceptable coming from a health center located in Toronto which is one of the best city in North America. Finally I would like to mention that some of the nurses are extremely cold and don't even show any empathy to my situation. Nobody ever really has time for me. I remember going to the facility 4 times in two weeks, due to the fact that son was sick. We saw a doctor and 3 nurse practitioners but nobody was able to find out why my son was sick, and nobody was able to provide the right medication. Thank you East End for the memorable service.
