First impressions were amazing, staff is very friendly and informative. The staff that cut my hair really made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing cut, definitely keeping in touch

It was my first time here the other day and had a great experience! A lot of stylists and the place is very clean. They’re very friendly and professional. I booked with Tonia for a haircut and toner and she did amazing. She made me feel really comfortable right away. Loved my haircut and colour! Will definitely book with her again.

Before and after photos of the 'balayage' that I had done. (can you even tell which photo is which?) Beyond devastated after the $250 price I paid. Salon was nice atmospherically, but unfortunately if you end up with bad service, get ready to cry because there's no compensation. I went back two days later, hoping she would actually lighten my hair this time, but the colorist was not receptive to any of my concerns, and claimed that the toner she was going to apply would lighten my hair (it did not, toner doesn't work that way). She then applied the toner to cancel out the bad toning job, which was another issue I had. In the end, I left the salon with my hair a bit shinier and with $250 gone.IMO, just make the trip to Toronto if you're getting your hair treated.

Ashley gave me an amazing cut and style! My hair was overprocessed and very dry with split ends and I needed a really good stylist to help me get to better hair. Ashley did a great job and I would highly recommend her!

Update: I deleted my previous review and giving 5 stars now after my experience today. I had a great time at Valentinos last April with a haircut done by Rylan. The same day before leaving the salon, I booked an appointment for a color service later in May. Unfortunately, they canceled it just 1 hour before my time on that Saturday morning. I was really upset, had plans for that night and felt really frustrated, but Daniela contacted me, explained what happened that morning, apologized, and asked me to give them another chance. I did it today, and I am really happy with the outcome. Alley did a great job on my balayage, and I will be returning next September to do a touch-up on my color and future haircuts. I do appreciate Valentinos for taking the step in recognizing their mistake and offering a solution. I do recommend them for their customer service and great stylists! Thanks Alley, and especially Daniela for making this right! (I sent you an email!).Have a great day.

I went in for a haircut and style yesterday with Angela. She did absolutely amazing and it was exactly what I envisioned. From the consultation to the styling, Angela was phenomenal! So personable, friendly, and not to mention TALENTED! I will definitely be returning to Angela at Valentino's for my future haircuts. Thanks again Angela!
