I have gone through multiple prescriptions of lenses over the past five years with little improvement. One visit with Dr Dhillon and I can finally see! Thank you Downtown Victoria Optometry, you have a great team!

Very helpful, professional, and down to earth people who work there. They take the time to properly check the health of your eyes, and examine your prescription for a fair fee. Just got my contacts trials today and I'm very pleased. They did a final check of how they were fitting, and made some adjustments for the quality of vision. Highly recommend for everyone who wants contact lenses, or spectacles. Thanks!

Been to several optometrists on the Island and this was by far the best experience. Dr. Dhillon's prescription fixed my double vision after several failed attempts from other doctors. The anxiety I had about not being able to drive was hard on the heart. I am eternally grateful!

I loved being able to book an eye exam online! I was very happy with how friendly, professional and punctual the office staff and Dr. Dhillon were. I think the exam is a little more expensive than some other places, but it's worth it to me because my time is valuable. I'd rather pay a bit extra and get excellent customer service as I did here. Relaxed atmosphere and no pressure to buy frames or lenses. I recommend them!

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely frustrating experience.Ive had a lot going on lately, I just moved in to my new home, being a first time home buyer. I've been spending my weekends helping my mom with renovating her place in my home town. On top of that, my wife and I have both been dealing with a lot at work.Its been a solid 3 months since we had anything close to a day off to ourselves...I spent a ton of money doing all their exams and buying a pair of glasses, just so I could get contacts. After charging me an arm and a leg, and trying to get me to buy a lifetime supply of contact solution for an overcharged price, which half would have just expired anyways. They finally gave me a trial pair of contacts while I wait for mine to arrive..As 8ve described, we've had a lot on the go.. I just called them to pick you the rest of my contacts and was told that because I didn't call them and tell them that the trial pair is good (even though ive been wearing them with no complaints for a while now) they didn't put through my prescription as 'approved'"..My eyes are killing me

Natalie and Ross are amongst the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff I have encountered throughout the businesses of Victoria.Natalie was quick to greet me and presented me with a wide set of prices and optical information.Ross helped me with finding the proper lenses for me. Through in-store fittings and question answering, he was able to provide me with everything I needed to purchase the perfect pair for me.Thank you very much!

Very disappointed. Took my glasses back 3 times saying they were not right. They readjusted them and finally changed the lenses. Still not right they said I had to go back to my optometrist. Tossed them in a drawer. Finally had my vision rechecked and the glasses. Was told they had put the lenses in in the wrong sides. Called back but no one seemed to care other than say the staff had changed.
