Our experience was amazing the staff here was fabulous. Being a new customer (leaving rogers) we had 4 phone we needed to keep our numbers, get new phones and Nicholas was amazing so organized, so patient. My elderly mom was there getting stuff done, he made sure she had a chair and was comfortable. I couldn't believe he had only been in Canada about eight months, I would have thought he worked there for years. Way to go Nicholas and the rest of the Truro bell team we are very happy.

The staff in at the Truro Mall Bell Mobility were fantastic. They provided great customer service with my situation. Thanks, Tyler and Kelly!!!However,The service call centres need to get their s*^t together. It would actually make the actual service for the Store Representatives much easier

I'm not tech-oriented so it was important to me to find a service representative who could give me information that I could understand and rely on, so I could choose the device and service plan that were best for me. I went to several mobility centres and talked to multiple representatives but had no success until I spoke with Sean at Bell Mobility in Truro. He was interested in understanding my particular needs and very knowledgeable about Bell's products and services. I left the store that day with the phone and service plan that were right for me. That was two years ago, and I just upgraded to a new device and plan, once again with Sean's expert help. I can say with sincerity that he gave me the best customer service I have ever received.

Can’t say enough about how great the customer service is at this location. Sean, in particular, is exceptional. His knowledge, experience and patience when assisting us with a change in our mobility service and adding new home services was remarkable. He saved us over $60 per month and we’re getting much more for our money. Highly recommend seeing Sean for any of your mobile or home services.
