I would give 0 stars if i could. Signed up in December, not once have they actually shown up on the day that is scheduled, they kinda just show up whenever they want. I have gone weeks without water with customer service just shrugging it off

They took the machine and bottles when we closed the account. Then they kept on calling demanding money because we didn't return the machine. Stay clear of this company.

Worst place to get bottled water for your business. It deserves negative 0. They gave me a water schedule for delivery of bottled water and they are always late or they never show up. Most of the time I have to call and ask them to deliver my water! They have excellent POOR Service.

Our Company has over 4 machines. 1 machine exploded on a staff member burning them and they had to be rushed to the hospital. Another machine that is constantly needing replacement leaving our staff with no coffee, hot water for tea and water to drink. They make promises to remove and bring us a new one but they bring refurbished Garbage days later. I would like to leave a NO STAR RATING but have to select at least 1 or it would be 0. They are horrible to deal with when you have issues. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE
