I’ve been going to the pharmacy for years and they consistently do a great job in all aspects. Unfortunately the last two times recently the front store cashier has been so rude. She insists people use the self checkout and sighs, grumbles, and rolls her eyes if she has to wait on anyone. I think she used to work at the Chemong store and I stopped going there because of her.I would rate the pharmacy 5, and the store 1.

- this place has no fruit, veggies or prepared food. what a shame. i would make more purchases here if they do.- staff is most friendly and hard working. place is clean.- i myself (as a non- white, male for people into this kind of info) don't find safety to be a concern around the store. but i don't hang out around the store late at night. still it's better to stay alert as this is not the best part of town.- if your doctor gives you 3 refills of 90 days they would only give you 1 month at a time. i guess it's a common practice at shoppers. not sure if this is to prevent overdose? i don't like it because i have to unnecessarily pay the dispensing fee 3 times.that said, pharmacy team is nice.hope this helps!

Gabby in cosmetics gave me some samples before I purchased the recommended product.She was super kind and helpful! Also the store manager helped me at the self checkout with my groceries. I definately will be back! Thankyou SO much!

Terrible pharmacy clerk. Rude, unhelpful, will call security to avoid answering questions about walk in vaccines. An employee should know what their own website states. Further should be willing to assist. Please note the website is incorrect and you must book an appointment to have a vaccine. ***no walk ins at this location*** clerk will call security on you for showing up with no appointment.Posted one star review because there's no option to go lower.

Quick, organized process to check-in and get vaccine at the pharmacy. Staff persoj giving vaccines was very pleasant and nice. Very skilled at giving shots. Didn't hurt as much as usual. Website wasn't up to date though. Said they didn't have flu shot available but I was able to get it no problem when I asked in person. Location super busy. Store staff went out of their way to look into a gift card issue which was extremely good customer service and much appreciated. Issue wasn't resolved unfortunately and need to go back to speak with manager so that part was disappointing and frustrating but otherwise service is great! And pretty quick despite the crowds.

This store used to be a convenient place to grab medicine or the odd grocery item,however they have recently “upgraded” to only having one actual cashier work at a time while about 10 self checkouts sit empty constantly .These self checkouts don’t take cash so if that is how you are paying ( or if you have anything you need to talk to a human about ) you are punished for that fact and forced to wait while a single cashier slowly deals with every old person who just wants to chat, people playing the lottery, returns, ect ect . Makes what should be a quick trip very frustrating .

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff up front. Asked to speak with a manager and they refused to get one. Definitely never going back there. Went to the Chemong one and had no issues at all.

I have had similar experiences to what Steven Brown reported in his review. I am generally very pleased and grateful for the good service in both the store and pharmacy. In spite of the anxiety provoking and unjust treatment by cashiers I remain a customer, in the hope that this situation will be corrected. I was disappointed to read the manager's response to Steven. Instead of accepting the veracity and validity of his complaint and promising correction, he was asked for more details so we can look into this .....". If this happens to me again and upon reporting this
