Cloud 9 Hookah Lounge

As someone who used to frequent a lot of local Hamilton shisha spots, Cloud 9 is my favourite.First and foremost, hookah vs hookah, the shisha itself is great. They’re one of the few places around that carry Fumari flavouring and it definitely shows.The owner is very kind and helpful and regularly engages in conversation with his customers and makes sure everything is as expected.The restaurant itself isn’t too bad, albeit the loud music and club-type atmosphere, they have a very nice VIP lounge, ample parking and a private area downstairs for large events. Overall, definitely worth a shot.

The place was filled with what seemed like high school kids. Wanted a place to relax but this wasn't it. The music was so loud that you couldn't hear your own thoughts. The sound system is bad, the DJ didn't know what he was doing.

The environment is different than I expected but they're the only ones I know in the GTA that offer Fumari

This is the best hookah/café you will find in the city. shisha is the best with a lot of options that not a lot of places have. music is perfect. it gets packed quick on weekend so if you planing on trying the place then just come early because there will be no spots left. they also have a VIP room if you get 6 hookahs or more. and the owner is so friendly, and Is very approachable.

This place not considered as café or a casual place, it completely different from other. It is the worst experience that I ever had.

Variety of top quality shisha is insane, friendly owners/staff, comfy seating, good cheap food, VIP room, good music, different areas to sit, late operating hours. Would recommend to everyone.

Great lounge to spend quality time with my friends! i love the atmosphere this place offers and even while i haven't been to Hamilton many times, Cloud 9 feels like home. In addition the hookah is great! from their mint flavours to their specialized gummy bear hookahs. I come from Ajax, Ontario twice a week just to enjoy the beautiful vibes.
