This location is the best!I've been meaning to write this for awhile because I am impressed and happy every time I go into this location.As mailbox holders we moved to this UPS Store from the one in Victor, where I was publicly shamed every time I had packages (by the manager even), where they nickel and dimed you for everything, where they really made you feel like you were an inconvenience to them and where I dreaded picking up packages.When I moved over here I was scared to sign a 1 year agreement but needed to leave the Victor location so I did.This UPS Store is the best UPS store I've ever used!!!!!!!As a mailbox holder, they don't nickel and dime you for everything, there is service with a smile, you get alerts when package arrive, everyone is **friendly** and helpful, and it's just really impressive.I no longer fear being publicly ridiculed going to pick up my packages!!I've been a UPS Store customer for just over 11 years now and have been at multiple locations as I moved and I just hit a year now at this one and I love it.They did raise their mailbox prices slightly this year, which is no big deal! They're reasonable and the cost of everything is going up so it's to be expected.Even though I am an hour round trip to this location, I will definitely continue using!Please keep up the good work and don't change!!

Go to Staples on Hard Rd for all of your Amazon returns and UPS needs. The UPS Store charges $2 to print labels if you forget to print at home or don’t have a printer. They say quote “we don’t make anything off of Amazon returns so we have to take advantage of our customers”.Staples will print labels for free and are way nicer.

Absolutely horrible experience scanning sensitive documents. Whereas you used to be able to scan directly to email, now you have to watch an employee scan to their USB drive, take it in the back out of sight, and email from there. The stated reason is corporate security

So last time they lost a cashiers check for $12,000 and then insulted me and told me to not send money “like old people”. The made me drive there from my job just to ignore me and hurl insults with impunity as people just walked out of the store because of some foul mouthed girl.Now the last 3 Amazon returns I have them have turned up missing and I keep getting charged for the items never arriving back at Amazon even though I receive a tracking number. I’m not sure what goes on here but what people say about this store and what really happens here are two very different realities. I will be using a different store from now on and reaching out to UPS themselves to let them know what’s been going on. Shady.Also the recent bad reviews are real, the good ones are fake and any other good ones that seem real are 3 years old. SMH.

If I could I would give no stars to this store. I never leave reviews but I will for this store as it it a mess. Choose another location. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Antonio laughed when I called to inquire about a claim with them which was very unprofessional. I took some Spectrum equipment to return and they didn’t scan them, therefore, I had a big problem with Spectrum as well. My items that I trusted them with arrived to the destination completely destroyed. If you want your items to be cared for while in transit go somewhere else, for a couple dollars more go to Fedex but at least you will have good customer service and items will be safe. My claim for damaged items is still not resolved…. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS STORE!

I frequent this location rather often for sending out my shipments from online sales. The staff here are always helpful, courteous and do everything they can to keep any lines that form moving. I'm in/out quickly, and always treated well here. Really appreciate all their hard work and efforts, especially during the busy holiday season. Thanks team!

I’ve been here a few times for larger Amazon returns and I’ve always found them to be friendly, quick, and easy. They’re open on the weekend and the plaza is nice with tons of convenient parking.

Have been coming here for 5 plus years and today was treated less than professionally by a worker. It’s not the customers problem if you have been having computer problems, and then I’m told “we make our money by selling the shipping materials. 8$ per small box - I needed three. What a joke. Will stop supporting this local business unfortunately- it only takes one time. UPDATE- just went to Staples and paid 4 dollars for three boxes with packing- easy UPS drop point as well!
