I won't give away my age but I've been dealing with various car issues for several decades now. There is not enough space to type all the bad experiences I have had and the waste of money that occurred with several different shops over the years. So I am over the moon dealing with Brad The Car Guy". If my car doesn't need it he doesn't do it

Best and most honest mechanic I've ever dealt with.Brad invested a ton of time and effort in to diagnosing a very tricky issue with my car, all at no cost, and then talked me through my options.When it became apparent that unfortunately for me the best option would be to purchase a new car (even though this meant Brad missing out on a nice big job) he then invested a bunch more time talking me through what to expect when buying a car at a dealership, tips and tricks to use to get a good price, and what brands and models he'd recommend etc.Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good and honest mechanic!Thanks Brad and team!!

I came to this place to get the brake pads on my Mercedes Benz replaced. Costed me $1500 which I was iffy of in the first place but went with it reguardless, came back after a few days they gave me a call that it was ready and when I got into the car my e-brake was broken (with no mention at all from the mechanic) and when I brought this to their attention the said the knew about it and claimed it was rusted and snapped on it’s own this car was from 2011 but only had 50k on it. They then claimed they weren’t liable and tried to charge me $1500 for an e-brake replacement. This is a shady business that has a terrible owner that can barely take criticism he is a joke do not give this company your business

We have been bringing our vehicles to Brad for a few years now . Brad is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, fast with repairs and fair with prices. We highly recommend Brad! to be honest we won't let anybody else touch our vehicles.

I cannot thank Brad enough for helping me out! I walked in to his shop after leaving another location that had given me what I knew was a ridiculous quote for a simple job. I didn't have an appointment, I stopped in just to see if I could get a quote and book an appointment. Brad listened when I told him about what I had been quoted at the other location and couldn't believe it either. He asked for my keys and next thing I knew 20 minutes later my car was sitting out front with the issue taken care of and ready to go! This is the place to go if you have issues with your car.Brad is a very nice guy and extremely honest.A while back the brakes in my wife's car started to fail, they were really squishy. I filled the master brake cylinder, but it quickly drained.We brought her car in and Brad recommended SS brake lines as the old ones had rusted through and his price was very reasonable.More recently, my car battery dies on me. After charging it several times, I called Brad and he gave me some advice over the phone and after it really looked like the issue was the battery, I brought it in for him to look at.He identified the battery being the issue, no other parasitic draw, and he sent me on my way to get it replaced at Canadian Tire since it was under warranty.I wasn't expecting it, but Brad didn't charge me for this service.I really appreciate the amazing service and honesty.This is our family's mechanic so long as we're living in/near Bradford.
