Hello,I purchased columbarium for my husband and I, and dealt with the Manager-Sarah, I found her to be really helpful and she explained all the different options. I went to all the other cemeteries in St. Thomas and made an informed decision for our final resting place.

Terrible communication and absolute lack of professionalism. I was told ‘you don’t understand how cemeteries work.’ Then the Cemetery Manager hung up on me and contacted another family member who is not responsible for the estate who then had to pay. Worse, the Cemetery Manager gave me information about the wrong account because another deceased had the same first name, but apparently this doesn’t beg an apology. This is not how to treat the bereaved. It’s not how to treat anyone.
