Product seems ok to me, I like the colour and the profile. delivery was on time and quick, and it was well wrapped to protect it. They estimated wrong and I ended up having to buy more materials. The guy did admit estimating wrong but we didn't get any kind of deal for the extra pieces we needed. Be sure to really go over your quote or estimate the materials yourself. Be aware that they don't take returns on trims either. We ordered a boot for the stovepipe which was over $100, it didn't work with the pitch we had but we are SOL for returns. If you're a big contractor and you do lots of business with them this might be different but for the average home owner you have to dot your I"s and cross your "T"s and make sure you have what you need!"

Jennifer Onda is a very poor sale lady who is very rude and disrespectful on how she speaks to clients and has an awful lot to say about her coworkers I would never want this girl to work for my company im not very happy how she spoke to me and what i was sold

I have never had any issues with the steel from Community Metal, using it on many" buildings.Guess we can all get the "odd" poor review.I recommend this company to anyone that can cut and install steel "correctly""

These people are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Superior product. I highly recommend this business. Had a few too many thing ordered and had no problem getting a refund. Would gladly deal with this company again. It’s been over 2 years since our roof was done and it still looks brand new.
