Don't use, no A/C.Edit:Still sending busses with no A/C. We are people NOT CATTLE. fix this issue.Also getting employees and family to write you good reviews is sad, just don't send bad buses out ! Problem solved.

Plus 38° outside and NOT Running A/C for hour+ Ride. How is this acceptable?

Huge fan of this company. Have used them on and off for several years to transport our employees and visiting executives. No issues with service or equipment. Any concerns are immediately addressed with their operations team. Would highly recommend !!

Locally owned & operated with some great buses and great staff.Hoping to retire soon and join them on a full time basis. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely horrible. This bus line picked up a group of 30 youth from a camp an hour and 30 mins out of the city, in 40°c + heat, no a/c (except for the driver, he had a small fan) windows don't open. A lot of people were feeling sick and trying not to puke, some have heat exhaustion or heat stroke and are quite ill. There were people having panic attacks from the heat, it was inhumane, and is not okay to operate under those circumstances. Like these are KIDS.

I Love, Love, Love these guys. I have booked corporate events with them in the past and love the service and the large variety of equipment for various group sizes. We used one of their limo buses for my daughter's wedding recently and it was amazing. Lots of room to move around. AC was great. Fresh flowers, TV and amazing sound system. Such a classy ride. Our driver was courteous and on-time and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day and at the end of the night. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them exclusively!!

Don't use this company if comfort or safety are things that are important to you. Service is inconsistent - there is frequently no heat or AC on the busses.There have been multiple instances of the vehicles being stuck for hours during winter storms WITH INADEQUATE HEAT. People are forced to literally huddle for warmth and dress in full winter gear because of the known lack of heat. After the first instance of this happening, the company should have provided more reliable busses, but they have not.In the summer, the air conditioning habitually breaks when its most needed; when temperatures reach 30+. The windows also don't open to even allow a breeze. After a long day, people are tired and want to relax, and not be in a sweltering sauna.Despite receiving multiple complaints about these issues, the company does nothing to permanently improve the conditions on the bus. Alliance, and their sister company, Tony's Transport, provide uncomfortable and unacceptable conditions for their riders.
