The worst customer service in the business. And I built a house custom dealing with multiple contractors. Over sold at the start. We used this company on the advice of our builder. Huge mistake.We got defective back doors. These were 9 feet 4 panel windows floor to ceiling. Pricey and were up sold . Poor service and I took nearly 8 months to fix the cold air blowing into my house. Still not fixed and we have heard nothing from the owner of this company.No responsibility taken for their products once the sale was done.After spending $50,000 on doors and windows I am very sad to say that no one should use this company.

Been designing my custom home ever since I can remember. Used this company when it came to selecting and installing the doors and windows. Had Nickolas as a sales representative and he made the process effortless and made sure we were fully satisfied with every step. Highly recommend.
