The staff here are outstanding. Wilbert the maintenance manager is always available and will help with any problem and is very patient. Lisa, my housekeeper is Excellent. She is always thorough and pleasant and willing to do extra if needed. The serving staff are so pleasant and are always smiling. There are a few stand outs that need to be recognized; Amy, Ruby and Kayvan are five star servers. The Chef, Berry has added so many delicious meals and he is approachable with any request. Lulu the program director is amazing when it comes activities and special events. Last but not least is our wonderful manager Nick. He has a warm nature and is always putting the safety of the residents first. He is always available and has a great personality. I can’t say enough good things about Carlton. I am so happy to be here.

I had the pleasure of visiting Chartwell Carlton with my mother recently. We were impressed at the cleanliness of the place. Everyone was so friendly especially our sales manager Darren Franco. He was very knowledgeable and even had lunch waiting for us. My mother and I were made to feel at home. Thank you Darren Franco and staff at Chartwell Carlton it was a visit we will never forget.

Our pharmacy team visits Chartwell-Carlton on a daily basis delivering medication and we are truly impressed with the staff and facilities. Every employee we come across welcomes you with a smile even if meeting them for the first time in passing. They have truly built a wonderfully warm community that offers so many countless great activities for their clients while offering a high level of concierge-type service only rivalled by the best 5 star hotels. I would highly recommend reaching out to Erin or her team to schedule a tour or to obtain more information; you will not find a better retirement community for yourself or your loved ones!

I can’t say enough about Chartwell. My 86 year old mom moved in right as the facility opened and about a year before Covid struck. The building is beautiful, bright and had several outdoor spaces as well as balconies. But what makes Chartwell so special is the staff. They are warm, friendly and even when mom’s memory started to plummet during Covid, were checking in on her and assuring she had some socialization. Nickolas has been fastidious in keeping the residents safe and the managers are quick to communicate with us. Mom loves the staff; every single person is friendly and kind and many have been there long term.

Was taken on a tour by their sales manager Brad.The building is beautiful, well maintained and the suites were surprisingly large compared to other senior living.Brad was knowledgable and friendly.VERY happy.Thank you.

My in-laws moved into Chartwell Carlton after loosing their home to a fire. The staff welcomed them and treated them as family, this was their new home. Unfortunately they started to require more care, so we moved them next door - they still miss their Chartwell family. Chartwell is a great place, your loved ones enjoy life as they should during their aging years.

I have been performing as Bobby Bacchus and Santa at Chartwell Carlton in Burnaby for a number of years now. It is my favourite retirement residence to entertain. Lulu Chavez is consummate professional and so easy to work with. The residents love her! She goes out of her way to provide all kinds of wonderful entertainment and activities. Lulu definitely goes above the call of duty. Special shout out to Chef Barry and General Manager Nicholas for also being so great to deal with. Actually, all the staff are so delightful to deal with, as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

I came to the community for a tour during their Open House. Everything was well maintained, and the suites were gorgous. Alot bigger than I was expecting. Very clean and some great views of the city.

Chartwell Carlton is the best home for my aging relatives. Darren Franco was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and caring. He patiently answered all the questions we had for him and made the experience looking for a new home very pleasant. The apartments are very nice and I'm sure, Chartwell Carlton will be a new home for my relatives.
