If I had to dream up an ideal realtor, it would be Paulanne!We were searching for a property and came across a listing that we wanted to view, but we weren't yet working with a realtor. Since Team Kingston Realty was the listing realtor on this specific property, we reached out to them to see if they could show us the property. They were able to squeeze us in SUPER last minute for an appointment. And while we didn't end up putting an offer on this property, we did meet Paulanne, which was the greatest stroke of luck ever!Paulanne was one of the few realtors who followed up with us after our showings. She got us set up with listing notifications and answered countless (and I mean COUNTLESS) emails with questions about potential properties. She went out of her way to do as many showings with us as possible (even stretching her service area to its max) and gave us as much information as possible about the properties we were viewing. The whole time, we really felt like we were a priority and that Paulanne wanted the very best for us. She understood what we were looking for and was able to recommend properties that she felt might suit our needs even if they were a bit outside of our parameters. And when we visited potential properties, we felt like she was one of us - thoroughly inspecting everything to ensure that the property would meet our requirements.When we finally found the place we wanted to purchase, Paulanne was by our side every step of the way ensuring that we got what we wanted and all the proper procedures were followed. She coordinated cleaners, gardeners and movers (as I had to start the sale process from abroad) and made the sale of my house painless, even pleasant.
